"I recently purchased the iBell Cordless Chain Saw and I'm blown away by its performance! The saw is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and has a powerful battery that lasts for hours. The chain is also easy to tension and replace.I've used it to cut through thick branches and logs, and it handled the task with ease. The saw is also relatively quiet and produces minimal vibrations, making it comfortable to use for extended periods.

The media could not be loaded. Machine Oil not included.Battery life - 40 min approx for continuous usePrice is little high.Ibell Customer service is good.Not sure about the warranty service.Recommended for budget mini chainsaw.Installation instructions are not clear.

The chainsaw works well. It stopped running when the battery charge showed 55%. Couldn’t understand why. Then I charged the battery again and the it started. Probably only 45 % of the power in battery can be used.Assembling the saw is very cumbersome. To align the tension adjusting stud with the hole given in chain guide is a real pain. They should have thought of a better method.Having gone through the above problems, I can’t recommend its purchase.

Good product overall, but it comes with several issues. After just five months of use, the batteries started to fail, and the brushless motor gear began slipping—requiring welding. Spare parts like the chain, chain guide, motor, motor gear, and bearings are difficult to find. Customer support is also poor. I wouldn't recommend buying this. If you're looking for quality tools, consider going with Total Tools—they offer some of the best in the market.

Nice product for garden purpose. Quick cutting ability. But the chain that came along with the machine got loose very early after little use. I purchased new chain which I got quite quick,and the response from the call center was good, is somewhat ok but again chain is getting loose too frequently.

I’ve been using this for pruning branches and shrubs in my garden. Couldn’t be more pleased. The battery lasts for an hour of pruning and charges in a couple of hours. Installing the chain is a little tricky but after a little practice it’s easy enough. You have to keep tensioning the chain with the chain adjustment. Also walk around with the oil bottle as you don’t want the chain to run dry.I can do in an hour what would take me days with an axe or hacksaw. Also the cuts are clean, your trees will thank you. Highly recommended.

Please don't buy it has been poorly designed it has plastic parts that hold the chain plate and it gets worn out the slot for chain tensioner is already at its extreme when you buy new so even slightly worn out parts keep the chain loose all time and you can't provide tension to chain. I purchased 2 separate chain because the first one got worn out in 14 cuts i installed new chain purchased from Kerla I bell parts outlet it was the same so finally got sick of this product and stopped working on it.
