Just B12 and a lot of it!
You are getting a real simple delivery method of B12 and a lot of it. Each strip comes in its own individual package, which are very easy to open. The strips have a pleasant taste but dissolve almost immediately, delivering 1500 mcg of B12. Is that more than you need? You only need maybe 1.5 mcg based on the NHS. It’s not a problem taking too much as most of the excess is harmlessly passes out in your urine. The question is whether your body benefits from the excess in the strip. It’s certainly worth a try as these are amazingly simple to carry with you anywhere. They can easily be put in your wallet or purse and don’t require any water to take. They are a bit pricey, but if you benefit from elevated doses of B12, I’d say these are the way to go.

Great way to get your daily B12 dose
Vitamin B12 is found naturally in meat, fish, dairy products, liver, eggs, poultry, shellfish, and milk. However, the body needs small amounts of vitamin B12 to function, and people with trouble absorbing it may need injections. It is good for brain function, helps create red blood cells and other things. Commonly, it is being taken to boost energy. it is not east for the body to absorb it, therefor, the classic way of administering it is through an injection in the blood stream. However, if you want or need to take it avoiding an injection, the second best way is to absorb it through the mucous membrane of the mouth. Often B12 comes in form of soluble pills, but they dissolve into a powder and sometimes the powder is swallowed instead of absorbed. These strips are a very good way to avoid that: They come folded into pieces af laminated paper, you peel it (see picture) and put the strip on your tongue where it dissolves in seconds and being absorbed without any residue. The taste is pleasant, and for me the effect is noticeable within a short period of time. I am able to focus more, feel more resistance to fatigue, and far less nervous compared to the effect that for example coffee has on me.The price of apx. $1 per strip is reasonable and if you take them as needed (for me some 2-3 times a week) this is a sustainable expenditure

Great for energy
When these melt they got all in my teeth and the after taste is nasty. But they did give me energy.

First impression review of the vitamin B12 strips
1st: the best way to get b12 into the body is a way that requires a MD - injecting it subcutaneously. B12 does not readily absorb into the body via the gut (the way many other vitamins do). The 2nd best way to get B12 into the body is buccally or sublingually (through the tissues in the mouth). The method of delivery via these strips does just that. So it's an automatic win on that front. Many of our supplements and meds are made overseas so that this is made in India seems about right. If you've ever taken GasX strips or had Listerine strips this is a very similar method of just melting in your mouth. The strips are packaged individually and the corners of the wrapper are a little tricky to navigate at first (the strip doesn't easily open until you sort of go to the corner and finagle a bit with your fingers, I found that bending the wrapper allowed the two pieces to separate in order to open). The little strip is red in color, tastes mildly minty (but with that "strip" taste similar to the aforementioned other two products I mentioned above).I've taken one dose and it's hard to tell if it is of the same quality as the sublingual b12 meltaway tabs I used to take so only time will tell, if I am disappointed in the functionality of the product I will update this review. So far I am impressed with the taste and the delivery methodology and the % of b12 that the package indicates it delivers.

These B12 Strips be Great
These B12 strips were easy to take and taste great. I normally take a daily dose of B12 via pill form, but figured why not try this out for a change. They come individually packaged in a very thin, easy to open package. This makes traveling with them very simple. The package just sort of peels apart and then you just pop the strip onto your tongue, and it will almost instantly begin to melt.I imagine these would great for people who have a hard time swallowing pills. Whether it’s that, or just the convenance of their portability, there strips are a great option for your daily dose of B12.

Decent B-12's
I have taken B-12 supplements for years and everything from pills to patches to lozenges to now these!I really like the packaging and the taste is pleasant as well! They come in individually wrapped and you just pop on your tongue and they dissolve quite quickly which is nice.As far as the overall boost in energy- I think they are pretty good. To be transparent- I am a female in late 40s so I struggle w energy and try a ton of different things and drink espresso every morning. That being said, I haven't had the afternoon crash 2 days in a row using them and that's usually the sign for me!I would recommend them !My fiance thinks they work well like the rest we've tried
