This is a great device for those with circulation issues or the elderly who are trying to get some exercise without joint impact. It's very quiet as stated and has a good range of levels. It's not a hardcore exerciser or there for strength training. It's comfortable to use though and does the job it was designed for well.Very easy to assemble (only needs a couple of screws in the footpads).The only downsides are that it is quite heavy and there is no carry handle so you may want to keep this in a fixed position. It skids about a bit on wooden floors but is fine on carpet.

Very simple instructions only needs a few screws for the pedals, brought it for the ol dear for when she's sat reading books. Works really well, keeps the muscles going while comfortably sitting down. I tend to use it if I'm sitting at my desk for longer periods of time. Recommend it

Great item, fits under the desk well and ensures I keep my knees active. Of course no fat burning, but keeps the muscle moving. Well made, can definitely hear it but it is not obtrusive, would have liked a little faster max speed. Very happy with it

I was advised to exercise my leg muscles with the machine to help with my periformis syndrome. It is perfect for this. Anyone who finds walking problematic should try to.

Foot plates are quite hard on feet

Didn’t think I’d use it much, but it’s actually brilliant—just sits under the desk doing its thing while I’m answering emails or watching AEW. Really quiet (even on the faster settings), doesn’t wobble about, and the remote makes it dead easy to control without bending down. Great if you’re trying to keep moving without actually doing much.

No sweat, literally.
