Stihl 0000 930 4300 CF3 Pro Trimmer Line

Better than the original line that came with the trimmer. Heavy duty stuff. I definitely recommend.

I’ve used this Stihl brand line for several years and it cuts through the toughest, thickest weeds. It’s better than any other line I’ve tried in the past.

This string does last longer and it does a great job. With the money for me.

Formerly used smooth 0.95 trim line (orange) - found myself constantly respooling my lines. This braided line does a better job and lasts longer so I use less and re-spool less - win/win!

Couldn’t find the exact replacement of the Stihl yellow square edge line I was previously using. Apparently it was my lucky day because I found this line in the same size. The previous line seemed great. That is until I tried this line.Probably 2-3xs the durability of the previous Stihl line, seems to cut faster and with less drag on the motor. I have another head attachment which replaces the line spool and utilizes three plastic blades instead of line. It’s used for heavier brush and blackberries. This line seems to split the difference between the plastic blades and the previous line I was using. Took it behind the fence for a test drive in the ugly stuff. Ripped through it like it was grass. Not sure I even need to swap to the blades anymore. Is it weird to be excited about trimmer line?My judgment of the value of this product isn’t just based on cost per yard. It’s cost per the number of times I have to re-spool the line and how much time/effort the entire process takes. I’d pay double, if required, for the gains over even the previous Stihl line I was using.

Love stihl products, but this line missed the mark, nothing pro about this. Maybe I received a roll of old line that has dried out, but this line constantly broke within seconds of advancing fresh string. Cheap walmart line last longer than the stuff i received. It's thick, stiff and appears durable but the looks were deceiving. I have it soaking in water to see if that helps but very disappointed.

Was hoping that the Stihl name would be a little bit tougher in heavy use around cement and grass trim areas. A bit expensive for what you get.
