My house is swimming in Govee products. They work great. Simple fast setup- just make sure you have the bandwidth. Bright, vivid colors.

love these! my boyfriend and i have them above our kitchen cabinets and they totally brighten up the room! now that we have them, idk how we’d live without em. although, sometimes they will randomly turn off (could be user error?). anyways, i love all the options for colors and patterns for the lights, you can truly set the mood for any occasion!

Good quality. A little on the pricey side with a lot of features I will never use but some of you may. Colors and brightness are great. It is difficult to make sharp turns with the strip, like going from the back edge of a desktop to turn down the leg. Not a fan of needing Wi-Fi login info...

The Govee LED strips appear to be well-made and completely controllable via wifi. The strips have a somewhat flexible clear silicone-like coating over the LEDs with a peel-off adhesive on the back. If you're installing these in a location where 90 degree side-to-side bends are required, these may not work. In our case, we have an interior lip on a glass cabinet where a 90 degree bend would be necessary for the strip to remain completely hidden. Govee support confirms that they do NOT sell a 90 degree connector, and the 3rd party connectors available on Amazon don't have good reviews. In addition, there are limited cut lines available so you may not be able to cut the strip when you need. Looking forward to a Pro Lights v3 with more options for cutting and bending strips.

I bought the shorter version of this Govee light strip and honestly wish I could’ve gone longer, but the price was just out of my range at the time. That said, the strip I got is fantastic. It connected to the app with zero issues, and the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi controls are super responsive. The Govee app itself is extremely user friendly and packed with features, tons of pre-set color scenes, custom options, timers, and even music sync. The lights are bright, vibrant, and transition smoothly. It's by far the best lighting setup I’ve used.

Total & Mind Blowing Customization with AI. In actuality = lighting scenes on command. I asked it set the lights to mimic a bowl of chicken noodle soup. (Shown in video) It offered to make a “warm, comforting glow reminiscent of golden broth, tender noodles, and fresh herbs, evoking the soothing essence of chicken noodle soup.” Mind blowing, I know… You could obviously have more fun creating the Mario Star effect (as pictured,) but hey, at least you know anything is possible! If you have the money, go for it. They’re really fun.
