I was looking for a foldable mat to use with exercise ball. It's thin, lightweight, nice color, NO smell. Easy to carry...comes with carrying strap. It completes my workout area. It was VERY important that it has no odor because I just painted this room and got a new carpet so it all is super clean and nothing smells. It helps motivate me to exercise, stretch in a nice room.

Truthfully a little thin/flimsy but I like that it lies flat, and stores very easily in small spaces. The material has a suede-like feel, which helps with gripping the mat and not feeling slippery. The straps are not that sturdy, they sort of slip off the mat, but they would be fine for carrying short distances like to the car and inside again. I would probably not trust it for very long distances.

I got this item today and found it to be exactly what I need, especially at my age. I try to avoid unforgiving floors and concrete. The mat is extremely firm with the right amount of give that my knees and feet need for support. I like that I can stack it, do all of my exercises on it, and, even jump rope on it. I like it so well that I just purchased another one for a little more exercise real estate. The only thing I don’t like is the price. It’s too expensive. But, I do recommend it.

This is a great yoga/workout mat. I have a workout area in the corner of my home and was looking for a new yoga mat that 1. Stored away easily, 2. Didn’t slide on my tile floors, 3. Offered sufficient padding on the tile floor. This mat has checked all the boxes. 1. This is the first mat I’ve had that folds instead of rolls for storage. I was hopeful that I’d like it, and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s faster to store than the rolling kind, and it looks far less messy. 2. Halelujiah, it doesn’t slide! Both my thin and thick yoga mats slide when I do any cardio exercises that move my body weight side to side. This mat stays put - a much safer option. 3. The padding is less than the thick yoga mats when laying flat, but the fold design makes it quick and easy to layer the mat for extra padding. For example, if my workout video has me doing high planks for one move and the next move is on my knees, I can fold the bottom of the yoga pad during the 10-second rest between moves and not miss a beat. My only complaint with the mat is that is does get dirty easily. If I’m not doing yoga/pilates, I am wearing my shoes. Sadly, I now have some mild shoe marks (I only wear the shoes when working out indoors, so they are mostly clean). Overall, I’m very happy with this mat.

I really like this idea of avoiding contamination between the clean and dirt sides. I have already folded my yoga mat, though the action does not create a result as compact as this one. The mat is soft enough, though it is not as thick as my old one, which is thicker than the average mat. It is still comfortable for me to lay my elbow and knee joints, which bear the most pressure.

Ordered this ZigZaga Foldable Yoga Mat Travel Yoga Mat with Strap, 1/4 Inch Folding Yoga Mat for my son to give to his mother because he took her Yoga mat to do core workouts. I have never used one so it's harder for me to judge the price vs performance. These Z fold models are nice because they are easily storable and it lays out flat without any rolling. The material is nice, it doesn't slide around and the surface material feels like suede like fabric that feels good to the touch. Color looks good. As shown in the picture there are some gaps in the mat where it folds... and the included carry strap is pretty janky and low quality. Based on the feedback I got and personal inspection I think it is light weight and usable and warrants a 4 star review. Can't comment on the price vs quality.

I like this yoga mat. I use it for PT exercises rather than Yoga. It nicely lays so flat because it folds rather than rolls. It is easy to keep clean. It provides a nice layer of padding between me and the floor.
