I recently bought another NuWave induction stove, since I’m really impressed of the product. First off, it heats up super fast — water boils almost instantly, and your food cooks evenly. The temperature controls are very precise, so you can simmer, fry, or sear without guessing. I love that it’s energy-efficient. Since it heats the pan directly, less electricity is wasted, and your kitchen stays cooler. Plus, the smooth top is so easy to clean — spills wipe off in seconds. It’s also safe, especially for kids, because the cooktop itself doesn’t get super hot, and it even turns off automatically if there’s no pan. On top of that, it’s compact and portable, perfect if you don’t have a big kitchen or want a secondary burner. Overall, the NuWave induction stove makes cooking faster, cleaner, and safer — a really smart addition to any kitchen.

This is the 5th one of Nuwave Induction cooktops I have purchased. I love them. I have given 3 of them as presents, and the recipients all agreed that the unit works wonderfully. This unit has the ability to select the power requirements. That really helps out, especially if you have many electrical devices on the same circuit. It still cooks at the correct temperature, just might take a few seconds longer to reach the target temp. Maintains the temp just fine, using the lower power setting. I have an older house, and the circuits are kind of already close to the max units on them. With my older Nuwave , I had to be careful to and pay attention to what other devices I had plugged in, so I wouldn't trip the breaker. With this one I can lower the power requirement, and continue without disconnecting other appliances. Very useful. I cook the same way with this one as I did with my older one, which still works great, so I probably don't take advantage of the newer updated features that are in this new device. So I can't comment on the new advancements. I don't notice any difference in the noise level while cooking, I had read other reviews that made a complaint about the noise, but I can't hear any more now than I did with my older ones. As with the older units I have, they still look nice, apparently made with pretty good quality parts, still look and work great. Even the cooktop surface still looks good after being used everyday for years. Not much to cleaning them, just wipe them off. You can probably guess that I'm satisfied with them, I try to be very accurate with my description, and review, I see no reason not to be truthful in any review, good or bad.

This is a great product. I love how fast it heats the pan so fast. I had bacon grease still in a skillet this morning so I turned it on to 300 and within 7 seconds I could see the grease melting and got to the correct temp quick. I use Hexclad cookware. Also when you cook and turn it off. The boiling or sizzle stops almost immediately. Such control! It cleaned so easy also. It was bigger than I thought and almost sent it back, but decided to keep it and I am thrilled that I did keep it! GET ONE!!!

gold vs titanium titanium is 1800w (gold is 1500w). this difference in power translates to different speeds at high cooking temps. titanium water boils in 2 minutes 30 seconds. gold takes 3 minutes 40 seconds. it may not be much difference if you're doing a stew or eggs. the titanium buttons have a click, tactile response. it makes for less errors. the gold touch buttons are not clicky--this sometimes causes me double press errors. but it can be gotten used to of course. i have been learning to enjoy the preset functions. i can adjust the low, medium, medium high, etc to different temps that match what i expect from my normal stoves. one big difference between the titaniun and the gold: the titanium has a probe thermometer with holder. this makes the device very excellent for thick cuts of meat, chocolate, and holding fry oil at 350F for deep frying. the programming is not intuitive but it does work well. the gold does not have the thermometer capability.

Amazing cooking platform...small footprint, huge capabilities. PECISION temperature control, easy to use controls, save up to 75% of energy to operate. I currently have two that I have been using for years. Reliable and a joy to cook on.

This was one of the best purchases I have ever made. It creates the perfect environment for fried chicken. Super convenient and easy to use! Its durable a d made with quality. Heats up fast, super light and maneuverable. Easy to clean. No noise. Highly recommend.

This is my fourth induction cooktop and by far the best one yet. It heats fast, gets hot (575°), adjusts in 5° increments, and has an extremely accurate external probe. I’ve tested it extensively and can confirm it’s a true 1800W beast with an honest 8” coil. Aside from the accuracy and precision, the feature I love the most is one that nobody talks about - the texture of the ceramic glass. It’s got sort of a wrinkle finish that minimizes fingerprints, is easy to clean, and keeps pans from sliding around. There are a lot of things to like about the PIC titanium, and just a couple of relatively small things I’m not so enamored with. One is the shape of the unit. I would prefer a more traditional rectangle shape rather than the Millenium Falcon shape. Second is the plastic membrane covering the buttons. Other similar models have had the membrane crack over time. I’ve already gotten used to the shape, which is actually pretty useful for keeping pans centered over the coil, and time will tell on the button cover. All in all, the pros far outweigh the cons.

Really great cooktop — heats fast, super precise, and easy to clean. The digital probe is a game changer for controlling temperature. Perfect for quick cooking or fine-tuning sauces. Great value for the quality!

nothing to say,nice design,but unfortunately I wasn't convinced to keep it 😚 there was something I didn't like, power reduction ..when you set the maximum temperature, it lasts a few seconds .... I don't need it, I prefer the old gas stove system
