No issues with functionality. Everything that is supposed to work, does. If these connections are all you need, than save the money and pick up this one.

Size: Small, light weight. About the same size as my other Mokin hub, minus the cord.Fit: It seems to fit well. Unfortunately the item seemed to be damaged or tampered with. Requested a replacement.What I like: No more dangling hub.Pricing: A bit on the expensive side.Reviews to be updated once the replacement item arrived.Update: Replacement comes quickly, item seems good, but the Thunderbolt 4 Power Pass Through Power charging does not work. This is a huge flaw. One star off.2nd Update: It turned out the Power Pass Through works, but only if the USB 3 with the green light isn't used with certain devices. I had my USB receiver (for my cordless mouse) plugged in that USB 3 slot, and it blocked the power. I moved the USB receiver to the non-green light USB 3 slot, and everything works fine.I'm giving back its 5 stars. A learning curve, but I'd buy it again.

Con: Cover keeps coming off which exposes the circuit board inside. I can push it back into place, but it makes it hard to remove this item because I have to grasp the circuit board. Pros: WORKS REALLY WELL! :)
