This strap is amazing! It is easily portable, & lightweight. It folds up easily, or rolls up nicely for travel. However, the reason why I love this strap so much is that I am finally able to stretch out muscle groups that I have not been able to stretch in YEARS because I either cannot move in to the position to stretch fully, or because I haven't been able to stretch properly in to a position. This is easy to use, extremely versatile for multiple stretches covering your whole body, & it is incredibly comfortable overall. I am thrilled that I have this!

Length is too short and the meterial is not with lilon blend. Don't serve the purpose.

My wife and I workout a lot. This is a great step for stretching whether by yourself or with a partner. Very strong and durable. The stitching is top notch. Great length with lots of loops for versatility doing different stretches. As a personal trainer I recommend this for everyone to use for stretching. Stretching is super important and this is a great tool to achieve success.

My son is a hockey goalie looking to do the splits, and my daughter is the most inflexible girl in existence. Our doctor recommended one of these stretching straps, man was he right! Since using this 3-5 times a week my son can almost accomplish a full on legs to the side split, front-to back hurdle split is a thing of ease. My daughter has also used this a lot, and she can actually touch her toes easily now. Both of these are major accomplishments and we feel it's because they used this training aid to get over the hump. It's held up well and was priced right. Would definitely recommend this product to someone willing to put in the work.

First, it is purple so Im going to love it! I have to use these big awkward stretch straps at Physical therapy and I'm really small and theirs feels to big and are not as effective. They actually sell them but I refused and found this strap. Even the therapists love it and wish they could sell these to children and smaller adults. It folds up so nicely in my work out bag to take where ever I go also.
