Using it every day to help my SAD. I'm also taking vitamin D3+K2. This winter (thus far) has been so much better. This lamp was easy to assemble. The flexible timers and intensity levels are easy to set. Very user friendly lamp.

Best light therapy lamp I’ve ever used. I was skeptical because none have ever worked for me, but this one has saved me from SAD this fall/ winter. I typically turn it on in the morning and adjust the warmth and level of light throughout the day. It also has a timer and day/night settings. Don’t regret the investment in it.

I really wanted a sun lamp for the rooms I spend a lot of time in, and I love the style of this lamp. PROS: - Nice design - 10,000 Lux - Has remote - Different brightness levels and warm or white lighting CONS: - Does NOT stand well on carpet. I had to insert a piece of cardboard under one side of the lamp so it wouldn't fall over - The pole is not stable, and I can't tighten the bottom screw no matter how hard I try. - The plug in gets extremely hot. I'm actually a bit concerned with it possibly getting too hot and starting a fire.

This was an excellent purchase and I feel better already!!! I am in a basement without any real natural light, I have been getting super drowsy because of that and as a consequence productivity was at an all time low. But since I got this lamp I have been feeling more alert and productive!! Ease of use: super easy to use! It has buttons on the lamp that you can use to control the type of light and the brightness but my favorite part is that it has a control! This means that when I wake up in the morning I can easily turn it on from my bed and start my day right. Size: its a bit shorter than expected BUT it was actually not a big deal! I was a bit worried but it turns out the size is perfect for my area and the light reaches the whole basement so thats good!! Weight: its a bit wobbly so I did have to put some weight on it but not a big deal. I really like that the position of the lamp is adjustable Overall absolutely recommend, especially if you have seasonal depression!! Worth the buck!!

I’ve been using this floor lamp in my master bedroom, and it’s been a fantastic addition. The design is sleek and modern, blending perfectly with the room’s decor. Since using it, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my energy and mood, especially on overcast days in New England. It feels sturdy and well-made, and I expect it to last for a long time. I really wanted to love this lamp. I love the look of it, the different shades of light, and how simple it was to put together. Unfortunately, this lamp will not stay up. It is very unstable. I followed the directions and have tried setting it up multiple ways but each time, the instability remains. The slightest bump or motion causes this lamp to fall over. I would not recommend, especially if you have pets. My cats are constantly knocking this thing over just by walking past it. I would return it but I already threw away all of the packaging.

Living in Michigan where we dont see much sunlight in 3 of our 4 seasons this light was a suggestion by my husbands therapist to help with seasonal depression. The lamp base is heavy and sturdy, the pole is thinner than anticipated - but still good quality. I like that the top of the lamp pole is flexible so you can angle the light in many directions as we put this between our living room chairs and are able to alternate who has the lamp shining on them. I love the different levels of light - with blue/white light for the morning and early daytime and the yellow/amber light for the afternoon and evenings. I did need to make sure the base was oriented with the lamp properly for it to balance. I recommend it if you are trying to ward off the seasonal sadness.

Nice features, bright, great flexibility in the gooseneck. But completely unstable - we had to put a thick book on the base for it to not just fall over.
