Fantastic Upgrade for My IEMs — Wireless Freedom, Solid Sound
I was skeptical at first, but this Bluetooth adapter exceeded my expectations. It instantly turned my wired IEMs into a high-quality wireless setup, and I didn’t notice any drop in audio clarity. The connection is stable, pairing was quick, and the battery life easily lasts through the day. The MMCX connectors fit snugly with no wiggle, and the build feels solid—not cheap or flimsy. I especially love how lightweight and comfortable the modules are behind the ears. It’s easy to forget you’re even wearing them. For anyone looking to modernize their favorite IEMs without sacrificing sound quality, this is a game-changer. Definitely worth it.

Effectively turned my IEMs into a something that sounds better than any of the competition.
I have a pair of BASN Bmaster IEMs with MMCX connectors for when I do stage performance. They are incredibly comfortable to wear and block ambient noise very well when combined with the comfort foam type tips. However, until now, the only equivalent of this bluetooth adapter was available from Shure that costs almost 10 times as much as these. Pros: These bluetooth adapters have no problem giving enough power to the triple drivers in the IEMs and making them sound fantastic! You will not find a better sound while still comfortably sitting in your ears out of any competing product from Apple, Samsung, Beats, or whatever (believe me, I've tried them) at this price point. For instance, I was using Powerbeats Pros for my workouts and noticed that they keep popping out of my ears because they made the nozzles too short. Instead, these adapters paired with my IEMs can stay inside the ear securely while running, heavy deadlifts and squats, HIIT training, etc with no movement whatsoever which means less time fussing with equipment and more time actually training. They do have a built-in microphone so you can make phone calls and have online meetings. Cons: The bluetooth sytem on these will only attach to one parent device at a time unlike many of the higher priced earbuds that will attach both to a phone and a laptop simultaneously like my Powerbeats Pro. They do not have a manual volume rocker switch like on top of the Powerbeats Pro so you will need to use your device to change volume. This is not nearly as much of a problem though because so much sound is blocked out that you don't have to constantly fool around with volume controls. Disclaimer: I would not use these if I needed to hear outside sounds, like when driving, running in a place near heavy traffic, or otherwise in a situation where I need to be more aware of my surroundings. Note: I'm wondering if the DOA comment person noticed that you need a set of MMCX ear phones to attach to the adapter to get sound out of them.

Nice Construction, Disappointing Performance
The construction of the adapter is very good. I like the way the cable/connector end is integrated into the module itself. Operation is quite easy and pairing is straight forward. The charging case is very nice and I had no problems placing the adapters into the case with the IEMs fitting into the cavity. Unfortunately, the performance of the bluetooth is disappointing. As noted elsewhere, the range of the bluetooth is not great, perhaps five feet or so. I need to hold the DAP in my hands in order to ensure good connection. If I leave it on a table and move more than five feet or so the sound breaks up after a while. To test range I've also used the NALMOPG adapter with my Samsung phone, and I encounter a similar issue with the different setup. Bottom line, I love that the NALMOPG adapter allows me to use my IEM without wires, and like the physical construction of the unit, but ultimately, the performance disappoints.

Exactly what they say on the box
Overall really well done . they paired to my phone instantly and android shows HD audio is enabled when these connect. The ability to swap between the left and right one is very well handled and even the mic is fairly usable (obvs worse than my phone but in a pinch people can still hear me clearly with just one earbud in). The case is a touch on the large side but it needs to be able to fit various iems. I've been traveling with these thrown in my bag for a few months now and so far theyve held up perfectly

Buggy
This IEM converter works well....until it does not. I have been using this during my 4 day a week workout as well as listening to music. I have found that many times the earpiece for L or R do not make good contact in the charging case and you end up with non functioning earpieces. I have spent a lot of time putting the earpieces in the charging case to find a foolproof way to make sure they make the connection for charging (if not charging the earpieces they keep connected to Bluetooth of my music device). Otherwise these sound good, but it is a crap shoot whether or not you have a good charge on the earpieces, and if you are not charging they will stay connected to your bluetooth device (if in range) until the battery is dead. I also cannot get in touch with the seller for a replacement. RUN AWAY

Horrible range
They work decently other than the range. You can barely move 2-3 before they start breaking up and beginning to disconnect. It's horrible. Sometimes I'll turn my head and they start breaking up. Other than that honestly they're not too bad. Sound quality is decent with my in eat monitors, the fit around your ear isn't bad too.

Great for the price
Really good for the price, and the interior can easily hold some of the largest buds without issue. I noticed that they make particularly sensitive buds like the Wan'ers very slightly brighter than a wired cable, but they're also the most likely to get that 9 hour battery life figure. Otherwise they don't change your buds' sound signature that much, and the mic is serviceable. My biggest complaint is that the case is kinda heavy. (I don't know why Amazon is asking about cable length, these are wireless adapters with a ~30 foot range.)
