NOT FOR CHEESE
I got this specifically for the shredding ability. When I saw that this was a “commercial” food processor and saw the brand, I had very high hopes. Set up was pretty easy even though the instructions weren’t the greatest. They definitely need better detail. I wasn’t aware that it was already equipped with the dicing blade and that I had to pull that out before placing the next blade in. And I had a hard time figuring out how to remove the cutter blade to begin with. I realize that there’s nothing on the listing stating that you can’t shred cheese with this but I just assumed you could because it didn’t say anything contrary. Yes, it mentions soft vegetables but I’ve never had issues shredding cheese with a food processor before. If you look at my pictures you’ll see the incredible mess that this thing made with my cheese. First, the cheese didn’t get shredded - it looked more like feta crumbles. Second, I was wondering where all my cheese was going - it was sticking to the machine in every crevice it had. Third, the pusher has all these openings - why?? Any pusher in other food processors are always solid - just another place to clog up with cheese. I can’t imagine shredding vegetables is that great with this thing because of all the crevices for it to get caught in. It was a pain to clean. And for the price you pay for this thing, you’d think they’d give you a bowl or something to catch whatever is coming out of the shoot. A few positives: the opening where you put the vegetables (or cheese in my case) is a nice size - no complaints there. And I like the 3 options - slicing, shredding or dicing. I just don’t think I want the hassle of cleaning this thing when I only need an onion or two. That is, if it does a good job at cutting them in the first place. I can’t recommend this at all. Like I said, MAYBE it does ok with vegetables, but I can’t imagine there won’t be issues with food getting caught in different places and it being a pain to clean. Very expensive piece of kitchen equipment that has some flaws in my opinion. MAYBE I’ll try it with potatoes or onions. I’ll let you know.

A few minor issues but overall, a simple to use very effective food processor.
First a few minor issues to talk about. One with the shredder, I suggest using a high walled bowl not a shallow one close to the expulsion port. I used a shallow bowl that I use frequently with a hand cranked shredder I use for hash browns. Some of the shreds came flying out of the side a little high and got on the table and the floor. Not a lot but some, so a higher lipped bowl would fix that. Second, when breaking down the shreds formed a ring around the shredder blade holder, so I scraped it off to add to the output. I'm pretty sure this would work with cooked meats like chicken or pork and do a nice shredding job. In both cases it's good to clean thoroughly with a mild soap to not leave bacteria. The blades, and top feeder parts are easy to do in the sink or the dishwasher, but you must wipe down the output port and the inside of the blade rotation space. Now the good stuff and a lot of it to boot. Blades and interchangeable discs for dicing, shredding and slicing are very high quality. The plastic is thick and will not crack or melt in the dishwasher or in use. The dicer uses a top blade, and I believe you may change the dicing by how fast you feed the veggie. The top blade used with the dicer is very thick and sharp so it will do a great job with no wear on the blades. A number of safety features are in place, but you still need to be careful handling the blades as they are sharp enough to cut if held incorrectly. To prevent shorts, the switch is covered with a clear flexible plastic to protect it from liquid getting inside the switch. Simplicity, I've had food processors before and rarely used them due to the details in breaking down and managing the complexity of the device. This is no more and maybe less complex that a rotary hand slicer, or shredder. While it lacks a lot of detailed blade variations the ones selected are well chosen. I have extra blades that snap in my rotary, but rarely use more than one or two. The complex is nearly as simple as a mandolin and much safer as I've been cut a number of times when not careful or trying to get a closer slice at the end of the potato or carrot and got my fingertips nipped. Simplicity is this, you turn the lid with the feeder slot to the side to unlock and lift off, drop in and turn to lock either the shredder or slicer disk. For the dicer you have to put in a disk and also put the big slicing blade on top, but it drops in place. Snap and turn to lock the top on and cut foot to fit the large feeder slot. Turn it on and feed the food in the slot, a pusher will put it in when it gets shorter. Have a catch bowl with high sides ready to catch the processed food. Machine cleans up in less than five minutes almost as fast as a mandolin or rotary hand crank, and much faster than a juicer or other types of food processors. Very high-quality output. My friend has a garden, and he gave me a large summer squash. I didn't relish (pun not intended), the idea of using a box grater to shred this, but this did it perfectly into small longish shreds. The recipe called for flour, egg, spices and then rolling in Panko crumbs and frying in oil. Delicious and made in a flash. I'll especially like the dicer as I have no products save freestyle with a knife, to do dicing. It's great to have uniform pieces so I'll look for a good recipe. Definitely a keeper, recommended.

Chef 3 in 1 Electric Food Processor
Made a bit on the cheap side with materials. Took a while to get the hang of this item but it isn't something I would use often. It really isn't something I would have chose if I had other options available to me. Keep browsing to find a much better product out there.

Heavy duty
This little machine is wayyy more than what I need for my household need. It is super easy to assemble and use. it comes with an instruction with PICTURES. It does not make too much noise and get the job done quickly. The blades are sharp so be extra careful when you wash it. The machine is light weight and does not take up much space on my counter

time saver
Where has this machine been all my life? The blades are very sharp so be extra careful while handling. Clean up was so easy. I have have food processors in the past but none had the dicing blade. OMG It makes the most perfect small diced veggies. I did a big pan of fried potatoes and it only took a few minutes to dice them. Highly recommend this machine

Great quality
I really like this food processor. It is easy to set up, chops food very well, and it’s easy to clean. I’m not going to bore you with what it does as that is already in the description. The quality is great. Makes a quick chore. I would order this product again. No flaws.
