I used this product solo. It provided some protection. In turn, I combined it with another ear protection with an ear muff. It really reduced the noise db. greatly.

not the 45db they claim but will help at concerts and not look really weird

I put them in my ear to check the fit and the center immediately popped out. Even once in correctly there is virtually no reduction in volume. This product as designed has no function. I just purchased actual garbage.

It's always handy to have an extra set of ear plugs. I'm starting to keep some in the car, the travel gear, an extra set for a friend.You never know when you might end up at a concert, a noisy hotel, or have yours and a friend forgot theirs and could really use some.

i use this around the house to cancel the chaos when i get overwhelmed and they are easy to use and lightweight and feel comfortable.
