Spyro Reignited Trilogy (Xbox One)

What a wonderful game. 3 in 1!!!! I didnt know this was the remastered first 3 original games for the Xbox. Only played years ago to the 2nd and 3rd ones on my playstation 2 when I was a teenager. And when all of a sudden I realised they were the remastered version I was so happy. The graphics are amazing, and the team who created it made a wonderful job. Certain scenarios have been made even much better than the originals, and the graphics for sure have played on their advantage, being able to create wonderful locations. The only negative thing I would say is that being 30yo I found certain levels quite difficult to complete unless I watched tutorials online. Like where to find hidden gems and eggs, etc.

Bought as a birthday present for my nephew. Item arrived quickly and well packaged, he was very pleased with his game and enjoyed playing it. Good value for money.

My son has been going through our 80s and 90s nostalgia selection of playstation 1 and 2 games and has been playing Spyro the dragon. He loved it but the visuals were obviously very old and grainy so I bought this Xbox one version and it's incredible! The graphics are beautiful and it's exactly the same game but just super clear, bright and modern animation! Not to mention it's also a trilogy of all the games :) Once the children are in bed we've also been playing it and it's taken us back to our childhood with wonderful images :) all very happy here

I played the Spyro games when i was younger and loved them. Not only does this reignited trilogy do the original series justice, they are great in their own right. The animation is fantastic, the design of the levels is great and the voice acting is really good too. Not only a heavy dose of nostalgia but a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

After the runaway success of the Crash Bandicoot remake, it was inevitable Spyro would get the same treatment. Only, if you ask me, he got a BETTER treatment. Holy moly does this game look GORGEOUS. I picked this up day one as I have fond memories of the first and third games from the PS1 era. I’ve now completed the first title. Each level easily took longer than necessary to complete, for all of the soaking in the glorious Pixar-esque visuals created by Toys For Bob. This is a stunning looking game. Several of the skyboxes are breathtaking, and the ground assets are just as lovely. A highlight of mine has to be first arrival in Dreamweavers - wow. Controls are solid, play faithfully the same as ever. The addition of analogue controls are a definite benefit. I played Retro controls as it felt more natural. A gripe I had with the Reignited controls is how Flame is on the Right Trigger, but Charge is not on the Left Trigger. I have been impressed with the achievement list, which promotes level exploration and completing particular tasks, rather than including run-of-the-mill ‘Complete Level X’, ‘Beat Boss Y’ etc. Next step is to move on to Ripto’s Rage (which will forever be Gateway to Glimmer!)

Absolutely loved this game as a kid, and nothing has changed. Except for the amazing graphics that bring this colourful world into the present day! so much fun, a visual joy to play! highly recommend for those who used to play it and kids who have never played it. Got this for my nephew for his birthday (to pass on the baton) he loved it, delivery was fast and product was exactly as described.

Enjoyable trip through the first 2 games only real downside being the longggggg loading/respawn times and a missable achievement in spyro 1. Spyro 3 on the other hand is a buggy mess that needs patched for this thing to deserve anyone's money. Had to reload saves multiple times to stop glitches eventually experienced the Lost Fleet gamebreaking glitch that means I can no longer proceed at all. If you care about Spyro 3 don't buy this until they put out a post launch patch to fixed this unfinished mess.

A fantastic, stunning remaster of the three Spyro games. The graphics are beautiful, the music, voice acting (voice by Spyro from the second and third game) and sound is crisp and the controls are a dream. The teams who put this together (Toys for Bob) have made it from a real place of love for the game, which you can see in the details that have gone in to it. Everyone involved has painstakingly re-crafted each world over the three games, never leaving anything out and adding new small details that make all the difference and really bring the world's to life. My only gripe is the loading times. They're just long enough for you to wonder if something has gone wrong, but nothing has. Would highly recommend to anyone new to the series or to someone who wants to replay them all! It's as your mind imagined them when you were a child!

All of the classic Spyro games in a case! I loved all three in the 90’s and early 2000’s and this is great since we don’t our old PlayStation any longer.

It’s a great game for nostalgia if anyone has played the PlayStation version of it before.
