I had been seeing ads for this product and decided to do my own research before ordering the vibrating pad. I’m 54 years old, in menopause and starting to feel it! My whole family loves it! Everyone laughed at me for getting this and now my whole family uses it! I’ve only been using it a few days so I have no long-term review but I can say this- it definitely helps loosen up my joints and get my blood moving only after a few minutes of using it. For the money- I think this pad is worth it!

Love this vibration plate! I do it before bed and I think I sleep better, with less aches and pains in the morning. I bought one for my 73 old father who has mobility issues due to a stroke and his legs seem stronger and he is less wobbly when walking around.

I've had it a couple of weeks. I bought it because I recently had surgery and wanted help with lymphatic drainage. Love it so far. Nothing fancy, doesn't have too many settings but just what I needed. Affordable, useful, and compact. Would recommend.

Vibration plate works perfectly, good quality and solid built, but the timer on the remote doesn’t work from time to time. Not sure if I can get a remote replacement only!

This is wonderful for if you're needing lymphatic drainage or sensory input. It helps with my restless legs at night as well. I'm 5'1 and 170 pounds and I can stand on it comfortably. For the price it is wonderful, especially for my needs.

This wasn’t what I expected. It worked in the sense of shaking vigorously, and it did have several different levels of vibration, but I feel like it’s made more for a child or small teenager only because it was way too small for me to be comfortable on. I’m 5 feet tall 130 pounds And I felt like I couldn’t comfortably use it because of the small base. Perhaps if the base were bigger or itself was bigger, it would’ve been great which is why I gave it three stars but again it’s good for a child to play on or a teenager to use that is tiny, but not for me And I think I’m pretty small

I bought this specifically to travel with. It's smaller and lighter than the one we use at home. I've only tested it out for a couple of minutes, but seems to be a good product.
