Support email
I recently installed the YeeHung 12.3" Linux Car Touchscreen in my vehicle, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the sleek design to the smooth functionality, this unit exceeded my expectations. The display is bright, responsive, and easy to navigate. The Linux OS runs smoothly with minimal boot-up time, and the customizable UI gives it a modern OEM feel. It integrates well with factory features and works seamlessly with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. One standout aspect of my experience was the email support from YeeHung. I had a couple of questions during installation, and their team responded promptly with clear, helpful instructions. It’s rare to find such reliable post-purchase support these days, and it made the process much smoother. If you're looking to upgrade your in-car infotainment system, I highly recommend this unit. Great performance, excellent build quality, and top-tier customer service.

Great product, works perfectly!
I bought this screen for my W205 and I’m really satisfied with it. It meets all expectations and works flawlessly. I installed it myself without any issues, and everything functions as it should. The only minor downside is that it feels a bit large for the W205—if it were slightly smaller, it would look more factory-integrated. Still, overall it’s a very good product and I highly recommend it.

Great value product, works great, install is moderate
This was such a massive upgrade for my g wagon. It took a couple hours to install and we had some trouble getting the settings right to get it to work properly with the backup camera and the CarPlay audio but the support from Yeehung was excellent, I was getting emails back in like 10 minutes at any hour of the day with additional troubleshooting tips and we were able to get everything working after a day.Definitely requires some installation skills and patience with the settings but for $300, this is a great deal. The screen is massive and the CarPlay is perfect, very responsive and you keep all the OEM screen options. I definitely recommend this if you’re thinking about a upgrade, just give yourself time for the installation and figuring out the settings.

Very Happy
Great product...if you follow the instructions, it is not difficult and delivers a great product for the price. The hardest part for me was unscrewing and screwing the screens back in place. Be patient!Really impressed for the price and the screen is very large (vs OEM) and really dynamic.

What a great upgrade
My 2017 C300 (W205) did not have CarPlay capability or a front-facing camera. This unit is a self contained display (much larger than the OEM display) with a software system that provides Apple CarPlay and supports a front camera. It also maintains the original display screens from the OEM display, like the radio and phone screens.Installing it takes a little work but the manufacturer has videos on YouTube to assist with the install. The most difficult part is running the wiring harness through the console and dash board.Once installed, when displaying the OEM screens, I was getting flicker and complete dropping of the image. I contacted the manufacturer using the email address displayed when the unit is initially turned on. I received a return email with information to contact them using WhatsApp. The support person that I contacted discussed the issue and suggested that it may be a loose connection. I removed the screen and found one of the connectors in the back of the screen had come loose. Once securely plugged in, the screen works flawlessly. My C300 is a convertible and the screen experiences quite a bit of glare. The support person suggested that I get a 12.3” anti-glare screen protector. I also ordered a camera to mount on the front grill. I’ll update the review once these are installed.Overall, this is a great upgrade adding some updated tech features to the vehicle.UPDATE: After attempting to install the front camera, I contacted Yeehung support and was told that if I’m using the OEM backup camera that I cannot get a front camera to work without making setting changes after every time I shift from reverse to forward, or also replacing the backup camera with an aftermarket camera. So the front camera is going back.

Horrible programming, connector is bulky, occasional issues, difficult to get sound to original
Screen looks good but is such a pain to fit in the dash once everything is hooked up. The plug provided has so many wires and plastic junctions and connectors that I struggled to get the head unit all the way in. The display messes up occasionally (display resolution, looks zoomed in) to where I have to turn the car off then back on because everything is off on the touchscreen. If I leave the car with my phone, I have to reboot the system to reconnect Android Auto. I tried to connect Apple Car play to my son's iPhone to no avail and got to the point that I have given up. It takes a lot of time and back and forth between the stereo system and the display unit to get the sound back to normal. I like the equalizer but the display has it's own volume and if it is too high, it will distort and sound like crap. You have to find the sweet spot so that it doesn't limit your volume but also sounds like the original unit. You also have to adjust the stereo settings to work with the display settings. This requires going in and out of the original car display and the android display. You also have to leave any app, like Android Auto, to go into the equalizer settings. The display program is horrendous. Lastly, the connection of the display creaks all the time. I would not suggest buying this. I looked for other display units for my 2012 MB C350 but couldn't find much, especially of this size. It is a fairly big display and looks good, but that's about it.
