Q: is this similar to oralmedic- does it only need one treatment?

Sorry I'm not familiar with Oralmedic but you do have to apply Frador several times for it to work.

No idea what lichen panus is sorry. I have used for both sore gums and ulcers to good effect

Q: How long would this last roughly if you had one ulcer a week on average?

I find if you apply Frador as soon as you're aware of the ulcer, once or twice a day, it should only take a couple of days to get rid of it. You use very little so it lasts very well. I actually dry the ulcer and then upend the bottle carefully to seal the ulcer. It stings but works brilliantly and I'm only applying a thin coat. It's difficult to say but I would say a bottle would probably last at least a couple of months. It's worth trying regardless. I haven't found anything else that works as well as Frador.
