My original remote is falling apart so I ordered this one to replace it. It worked right out the box but the voice control only works after the remote is paired to the tv. The pairing process was very easy. The only issue is that the Disney+ button does not work; otherwise, it's a great replacement.

Works perfectly with V6 max. The remote that came with it was defective and they wouldn't replace it even though I bought it 3 weeks ago. Ask ?s about the warranty before you buy.

It seems that the batteries that came in this remote are running low. The problem is, we have not been able to get the remote open to replace the batteries, even though we have tried to slice the case open since it has the typical indicator on the back that one should push the case open. Does anyone know the secret to getting the remote open? Additionally, we have not been able to get Bixby to work with this remote. The instructions that came with it are extremely lacking.

Remote received in good condition and packaging and working fine. Value for money. I had asked Samsung also but they are selling costlier than on Amezon. Value for money.
