This is perfect for my son who is always losing his wallet. By having this we were able to track his wallet back to where he left it. This is a must buy if you lose your wallet or forget where it is. Very easy to set up

I have to say my first purchase did not work !! However I sent in a ‘failure report’ to the manufacturer and I have been very impressed by their after-sales service. All within 48 hours the faulty unit was replaced and I was kept fully informed of progress with my replacement. Full marks to the customer service. And as for the ‘tag’ itself it is now in service operating correctly 👍👍. Ian B.

Unlike the Apple air tag this does not pin point where the tracker is. For example if it is at home somewhere it won't lead you to it but go straight onto direction showing it is at home! I mean we know it is at home but the question is where?! The only option you have is to play out the sound which means you have to go into each room to see if you can hear it. Not very loud either.

We have all put our keys down then can’t find them, always when u are in a rush. The next time it happens. I will be ready.

Purchased last year and was pleased with the accuracy of the device but just used one tag. Had a wee issue with it registering this year. Contacted customer service and they replied within hours and resolved for me. Very pleased with the service thank you.

One word! Useless!

I like that this beeps if within 350 feet though is not loud. Better for finding keys etc at home rather than outdoors. Also pairs easily and works with iOS Find My for when further. Good value and comes with spare battery, each should last a year it says.

It was easy enough to setup, adding to Find My on IOS device. Around 3 weeks after settup, i received a notification on my phone that an unknown life tag was following me. i went into find my, and the lifetag was showing as offline. I restarted it, Find My found it again, all seemed to be ok. Now, 2 days after the 30 day return window, and it started beeping randomly, as if i'm trying to play a sound on it. Find My still sees it, but can't connect when i tap Play Sound. everything i tried just says can't connect to it. I replaced the battery, no change. I removed from Find My, but now can't find it to re-add. The seller has replaced it free of charge, this one seems to be working ok for now.
