Good quality and value for money
For the price, this product is really good to add to the indoor exercise space. It is firm, and pretty comfortable. It absorbs dumbbell shock and noise quite well, although I wouldn’t encourage to intentionally drop heavy weights. The pieces align very well too.

good quality. not skidding on tiles. 2 to 5 kgs dumbles can be easily dropped while gymming.

Sound proof
Living in an apartment with active kids is a challenge, but these mats are a total game-changer. They provide excellent soundproofing; I can barely hear the thuds of jumping or toys dropping anymore. They work exactly as advertised and have definitely saved my relationship with the downstairs neighbors.

Good quality mat with decent thickness and size
The quality is good, it’s perfect thickness and size. It’s comfortable to use and pretty sturdy. The only issue with the specific product delivered to me is that it has one tile of different color, so taking the one star.
