I usually buy my wheat flour at the local supermarket but they were out and i really wanted to bake bread. I got next day delivery. I used the flour as I usually do. The only difference I found was it needed a little more water than I usually use. It made a very nice 2 1/2 pound loaf with a very nice texture. Good delivery, good flour.

Works for homemade gravy
I have used it for homemade gravy and it worked fine. I was going to use it for bread but the packages are too small.
