Live the shampoo scent , the conditioner seems different to the last time I brought it? Colour & scent is different

i was skeptical of these and really only got them because i love the smell, but they’ve made a huge difference in my hair. i’ve only used these once, but after washing my hair is usually very tangled and hard to brush. i used these along with the incredible milk and they’ve smoothed and de tangled my hair very well. i also find the pump bottles help to dispense less product , so i’ll take longer to finish these than i normally would as i tend to overuse product :)

When the package arrive the shampoo lid was not screwed on fully and had leaked in the bag it came in however after a clean of the bottle with some tissue it was fine and still mostly full, other than that this product is an excellent brand of shampoo and conditioner and smells amazing 🔥

Such a beautiful scent, and my hair feels super soft when washing. Used the smaller bottles but got this one as it seemed way better for money!Shame about how it was packaged, shampoo all over the bottle, same with the conditioner. Looks like the bottle isn’t shut completely.

This product is definitely cheaper than some of the others listed online which made me unsure whether it was genuine but after using it for a while it seems to be the same as other genuine ones I have purchased in past.

I love the smell…. Can be a little drying on the hair. No good if u got greasy hair as weights your hair down. I use once or twice a week max.

When mine arrived, the shampoo lid was loose and my whole little finger could get in there before it reached the product. The external area of the shampoo bottle was completely clean. So we checked the conditioner bottle, this was tightly closed and full. I wanted to complain but told they won’t bother, they don’t care. Now actually using both products can see its loopy and been topped up with water. This does not work as good as it should on my hair. My daughter in law has this product, her’s worked amazingly well on my hair. Her’s is thick and gloopy, the difference. Someone, somewhere is siphoning genuine products and not delivering us what we paid for. Stealing from us, new form of shop lifting. Will Amazon look into it ? I am mother to account holder

This shampoo and conditioner is the best I’ve ever used on my hair. I have a bleach balayage on long, very thick hair and usually shampoos dry my hair out but build up on the roots. This shampoo and conditioner does neither. It leaves my hair feeling like I’ve just been to the salon and is really good at keeping my highlights looking fresh. The scent is sweet - like cream soda! Which I love. Buying these big bottles after I got smaller ones to try was expensive BUT I’m only just coming to the end of them in December and they arrived the first day of July. Given that I have a lot of hair and go swimming I think that’s pretty impressive. The cost does spread out and I think it’s worth it.

Acquistato il prodotto perché consigliato. Ho i capelli colorati, dopo aver usato lo shampoo e balsamo i miei capelli sono più morbidi, il colore mi ha durato più tempo, senza parlare del profumo che lo adoro.

Avevo già comprato questo duo in formato più piccolo e sta volta ho detto di andare su questo grande!Ha un profumo molto molto buono ❤️ esattamente come me lo ricordavo...Non è il migliore a lasciar i capelli morbidi (però dipende da quanto sia il tuo danneggiato dalle tinture), poi non è un trattamento però uno shampoo e un balsamo che ti aiutano di non perdere il colore ... lo dico: di non aspettarvi ai miracoli, i capelli tinti già sono danneggiati parecchio, quindi i prodotti cosmetici e d’igiene non è che possono fare miracoli, più che altro questo li può fare il tuo stile di vita sano (alimentazione, emozioni, sport, protezione...)Cmq e molto meglio rispetto agli altri shampoo e balsami trovati sul mercato e che costano di più. Io amo il profumo che tiene tutta la casa, e la sensazione di pulizia e profumazione che offre ai mie capelli dopo averli utilizzati!
