I was excited to try these new face washes, but I was very disappointed with the condition they arrived in. One bottle had a cracked seal, and the other had visible mold all over the top. I’ve attached photos for reference.To make matters worse, I placed the order on April 10th, and it didn’t arrive until a month later—despite a promised delivery date just a few days after ordering.Given the poor condition of the products and the delayed delivery, I’m requesting a full refund. I’m not comfortable accepting a replacement unless both a refund and replacement are provided.

Great for removing eye makeup

I read the reviews and was hoping I’d have a positive experience, but the bottle came dirty with the seal broken, and it looks moldy. Was very excited to try a new skincare product, but unfortunately, will be returning.
