This machine broke on the very first use. It spewed liquid from the gasket and we soon found there was a crack. But here is the worst part. I contacted Amazon and they told me I had to pay for the shipping back. I asked several times as I knew that it would be expensive. They assured me over and over that I would be reimbursed. It has now been over 3 months and I have been on the phone with customer service 9 times and I am out $518 dollars for shipping. They continue to blame the shipper BUT it was Amazon that told me I would have to pay for the shipping. I wish this was an exaggeration but it is not. I have tons of emails to prove it. I have been strung along the entire time with no resolve. This is the worst Amazon experience ever.
