If you’re designing anything, product or service, then you will raise it to the next level after reading this.Don’t just read what’s on the internet about Design Thinking, get to really know it with this book.I’m a Systems Engineer involved in designing large and complex systems and this complements the well established design life cycles, and will enable you to put the user first.

For anyone who's interested in design thinking, I would recommend this book. It is packed with information, lesson, tips on how to apply design thinking into transforming your business, organisation and plan for the future. Since the amount of information is really rich, it would be overwhelm when you start. I would advise you to apply these lessons in real life to help you easily understand how these process work. However, this is a good book for those who want to practice design thinking regardless your background.

Practical and clear, this playbook is excellent for all levels of experience with design thinking. It has a real workbook feel so takes you along for the journey as they explore the techniques and lead by example, in the way they’ve constructed this work. Really excellent and an absolutely essential tool for any designer or non designer alike.

Clear and easy to understand. A must have for any BA or PM

What a lot of words, but what does it say? Apparently "The Tetris blocks will guide you through The Design Thinking Playbook". Can't see how that worked. Perhaps the rubber dog would have done better. And why does the digital manager look like he's stealing a laptop?

Indispensable guide to helping your teams think differently. Really easy to follow and packed full of inspiration. Fantastic.
