Great Magnesium to add to my electrolytes drinks. 300ml is my perfect daily dose, increase it up to 500ml and be assured some trips to the toilet! My perfect allied for a keto lifestyle. Prevents me from having cramps and other keto flu symptoms. The flavour is horrible, so I always dilute it in my green tea, lemon, salts and Stevia once I break the fast. If you drink it just with water is vile, but necessary if you're doing a water fast. The bottles are great for dosing your amounts. I'd strongly recommend.

I have my bloods done to keep a check on my level as I believe one should not take something without knowing if you have a deficiency, sadly I have to do that privatelyI find this the eases way to take liquid form plus I take vit D with in I think that is the best wayBut that just my opinion I have maintained my levels over a number of years this way

I always buy this brand and I know I'm always getting a top quality product. For me it helps with relaxation and tension, others may get different benefits. As far as the taste goes I just do that thing where I sort of block off my nose when swallowing so I don't taste anything, I don't really think It tastes that bad anyway. I would highly recommend this product.

I think my magnesium levels were definitely, low. For months I struggled to sleep and the very first dose of magnesium worked and I have continued taking it daily and have had no sleeping problems since. This particular brand is a good starter.

Magnesium is not well absorbed by the body from tablets, and taking them is largely a waste of time and money, This product makes the mineral well absorbed and I highly recommend it. Nice business firm, too.

Best Magnesium supplement I have ever taken. I’ve suffered from restless leg for years and this is the only stuff that fixes me. Also my digestion is so much better and I don’t het as much bloating since using this. Great as a sleeping aid too. Tastes horrible but I just fill an empty gelatine capsule and swallow as a pill so I don’t have to deal with the taste. Highly recommend.

The product test absolutely foul but for for the results of pain relief taking out of my body 10 out 10.
