The gym I used to go to had a red light booth with a vibration plate, and I wanted to try a vibration plate at home and see how it compared. This one was a better price than most of the ones I looked at on Amazon, probably because it doesn't include the workout straps. I easily added that part myself by using a resistance band I already had.It's pretty much "plug and play" with an easy set up. I started low and then turned it up. It was comparable to the one I had used at the gym. It is a vert sturdy piece of equipment and stays in place while using it.Pay attention to the dimensions and my photo showing it with feet so you get the feel of the actual size. The product photos are a bit off and make it look really large compared to the person, but it's a regular size machine.I can't say yet as to whether it works for losing fat or gaining muscle, but you definitely feel like there an extra level to your workout when using it.

The media could not be loaded. I love this machine. The vibration goes thru my whole body. I can feel it on my hamstrings and thighs and my lower back. I’ve had it a week and so far so good. The quality is good. It’s sturdy and I feel secure while standing on it. the remote makes it really easy to turn on and off and changes the intensity or workout program. I like to watch TV and stand on the vibrating plate.

I love this,it's easy to use. It's sturdy,it stays put on the floor and doesn't slide around. It comes with a remote which is great. You can adjust the vibration to how you want it. You can use it any time, even while watching t.v. it makes me feel relaxed after.

The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about getting this product but it's a super fun way to "exercise". You definitely feel the burn after using this product. I like to use it while washing the dishes or even just watching TV in the living room. My kids as seen in the video also love it, it does have different speed settings and the low mode is best for beginners or kids. There's different programs such as walking or jogging and of course set it on a timer. Love this product and so convenient for my lifestyle.

As a Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) technician, I am beyond impressed with the BZK Vibration Plate! It is a game-changer for promoting lymphatic movement. After using it myself, I can confidently say that this machine does what it claims—moves lymphatic fluid effectively.During my first 15-minute session, I had to pause midway because it triggered a natural drainage response, prompting me to rush to the restroom. This is clear evidence of its ability to stimulate lymph flow.That said, I would caution anyone fresh out of surgery (elective or otherwise) to wait at least a month post-op before using this device. It’s powerful, and your body needs time to heal first.The machine is well-made, with multiple modes and settings to customize your experience. However, my only disappointment was the size. The pictures make it seem much larger than it actually is—they definitely shrunk the person down in the product photos for scale.While I can’t speak on weight loss or muscle toning just yet (since I’ve only just unboxed it), I am confident this will be a staple in my practice. If you’re looking for a reliable tool to assist with lymphatic health, this is it!Highly recommend!

I’ve been looking at these for awhile now and this was a great pic. I’m on my feet all day so I’ll sit on the sofa just for the massage part. It’s quite sturdy and small enough to put it under the bed when I’m not using it.Love the digital settings and the remote is nice.. I would recommend!

My husband has been using this every evening! It’s easy and convenient. He can do while he is watching tv. He has noticed a big difference since he started using it a couple weeks ago. His body is more relaxed afterwards and his legs feel stronger.
