Not covered under grenco 1 year warranty
This is my second gpen elite in the space of 9 months and it has failed again with the same issue! Unable to get replacement as any units purchased through Amazon are not covered on the grenco science warranty!The vape itself is fantastic when it works but they do not last long enough for the price you are paying.Find another vape as this one will break with extended use

Great product, shame about warranty.
Great vaporizer, works best when using alone. Great for taking out and about with you.I contacted grenco about getting it registered for the warranty but they refused to because it was purchased on amazon.. they said basically all of them on here or ebay are fakes even though this product seems genuine to me with serial number correct packaging, quality etc.

Don't bother
Wonderful vaporiser when it works. Lasted around two months until the charging port stopped working unless positioned very awkwardly, and now turns off 30 seconds into a session on its own.

Shocking product
Absolutely shocking quality for the price doesn't work do not buy an absolute waste of money don't waste your time.The plastic smell does not go away, it will burn your herb with no vapour or high, and overall it's a cheap product with a high price tag

really disappointed 😞
really liked the design and size. However this item barely heats up the herb at all so when u inhale you get hardly any intake, which forces u to turn it up to the hottest setting, then before u know it ur herb has burnt away! I only used this a handful of times before I put it aside and will probably never use again
