These last 10x longer than any regular flap disc. Worth the extra money, saved by not changing discs everyday. YES they work well throughout, not just when fresh. They eat steel very well

Was able to do alot of welding prep with these and rust removal, the plastic is thick and strong and the abrasive lasts a good while

Love how much longer they last compared to less expensive flap discs. 4 to 1 for cleaning up aluminum welding compared to the cheaper blue ones. No tools is a bonus.

Works great, but not for long. Wears out quickly and becomes dangerously unbalanced in some cases. EZARCH did reach out to me and wanted to learn more. They were curious and collaborative. I have to give them some points for that. Perhaps I was a little hard on the discs, too. Not sure.

I’ve gone through my fair share of flap discs over the years, but these EZARC 40-grit ceramic flap discs are on a different level. They cut fast, stay cool, and last way longer than the cheap ones that glaze over after five minutes. I use them for trailer repairs, weld cleanup, and metal prep — and they just don’t quit. The ceramic grain keeps biting even when the job gets hot, and the heavy-duty backing holds up without shredding apart like some of the bargain discs. The 40-grit has the perfect balance: aggressive enough to chew through scale and welds, but not so rough that it leaves deep gouges. I swear these things could grind through a bear trap and still ask for seconds. If you want flap discs that mean business — this is the set.

My husband loves these flappy discs, he's a welder and fabricator and uses them all the time.

very aggressive. used for mower blade. cuts in less time. you will need to file the burr but that is with anything you use. i did have to take off my guard to get it on, but that may be my grinder i don't know for sure.

Yikes. I’m an idiot. I gave a negative review of this product and it was a huge mistake. In fact the product is designed for metal and I was able to use it for knocking down uneven areas on a concrete floor project I was doing. Great product and even better company. They really care

je les utiliser sur mon projet a vue la difference sur le champ.sa fait 30 ans que j'essais des disque a lamelles.de tous sorte on pense que ces les meilleur. mes la je vous dit oui . ils dure trois fois plus longtemps. travaille plus facile et sauve du temps . fini les disque non a base de céramique.
