It is very nice, and we finally found the basket thank you.

Package arrived intact and on time.Rear fender bracket was bent on one side, small dent on front fender, missing 3 nut and bolt sets and front reflector.The frame, breaks, derailer, and shifter, cranks, pedals, and even rims are good quality.The fenders, chain guard, basket and brackets are disappointingly flimsy.ASSEMBLY!I was a bike mechanic in my younger days - assembled several hundred bikes over the years.The ads offer way too much confidence that anyone can assemble this bike.If you have not assembled and maintained bicycles in the past - plan on paying for assembly.If you don't have actual bike maintenance tools, and think the ones they send will work - don't try it.If a couple missing nuts and bolts is a big deal - pay someone else.THE INSTRUCTIONS WILL NOT SAVE YOU, neither will YOUTUBE.I suppose you can try and then take it to a pro if you get overwhelmed.Things like disc break and derailer adjustment, short chain alignment and tension, and wheel truing required a refreshment of my skills. Truing the wheels is not even mentioned in the instructions. Neither is the sprocket alignment - both were necessary.All eBike components were super easy to connect and work great.Manual missing operating info for headlight. (Long press +)Side Note: We thought the beach cruiser style handlebars were silly, and perhaps even dangerous as they made steering awkward at any real speed (its an eBike after all). So we switched them out for a $30 set that is typical on bikes with more than three speeds. That allowed us to change the center of gravity and put some weight on the front wheel. Ours is the 24" model and the rider is at the top of the height limit - perhaps that plays into our assessment.I do recommend this bike as a great affordable option, and would buy again.

The bike was a little difficult to put together. Once together, it made a click clack noise from one of the back wheels. We couldn't figure out what it was, so we called the support team. They gave step by step advise and stuck by us till it was solved. Excellent service (not common today).
