Yes! I love this thing! It puts as much pin point pressure as you want. For me I like ALOT! I get that with this. I have several knots on my hands and feet and when I use this, ugh! IM IN HEAVEN!! Such a simplistic design and so effective! If you like pin pointed pressure and weather a lot or a little, this guy gets the job done!

This works well for sustaining pressure on the point in my hand. I’m having C5-6 nerve root irritation and this point helps calms it. You need to know what you are doing a little bit to get it in the right spot or it will just sit on the webbing between your thumb and finger and do nothing. You need to get it far enough back into the muscle to relieve a headache or nerve pain - it’s further than you think. You need to fiddle a little to get enough pressure. Might help to have a second person help you. $6 is a reasonable price for specialty service assuming it doesn’t break.

This is easy to use. It's lightweight, durable and not flimsy. I find it easiest to apply to areas of my hands, wrists and feet. You can get a really firm pressure with this tool, but I would suggest to go easy.

...in fact, it worked so well that I wondered how in the heck it was able to hold as much pressure as it did. Unfortunately, it was too good to last... the holding mechanism in the adjustment range that I use most no longer holds... it ratchets loose as soon as I release pressure on the plunger. So, in summary, it failed in more or less the way I expected it to fail, but not as soon as I expected it to... so, a win there? It should be fine as long as you don't make a habit of really ratcheting it down to provide deep muscle pressure, but if you're like me and like to feel pressure deep in the muscle, this widget is on borrowed time.

This thing is ridiculous. Might stay on your hand, but not your foot. Pops right off.

This is a great acupressure tool! I’ve primarily been using it for relief by applying it to Hegu - L14 on my hand. It’s really been nice to use this device instead of pressing with my other hand. The “plunging” action & release button work flawlessly. There are plenty of notches in the stem for a great amount of adjustability. The tool is small, but It is large enough to reach most points on the soles of my feet. I am size 9W and have flatter feet & would say if you’re feet are much bigger or thicker, you’d be limited to where this tool can go on your foot. Instruction manuals are included in both English & Chinese & are easy to follow. All in all, this is a great little tool that I can highly recommend.

This just was not for me. The quality was good & they worked exactly as described in their ad. For some reason I just could not use them.

Simple. It clicks into place and there’s a button to release it. It’s just plastic and nothing fancy at all but I got it for the web area next to the thumb that helps relieve migraine pressure and it does the job. It’s silly but when I have a migraine it’s hard to pinch myself so this is a great cheap tool to help me recover. I’ve only used it on that pressure point so far.
