My first concern was the delivery and that it came in undamaged, which it did. Vendor took care in packing tiles and there was tissue paper between each panel. I've worked with 3 different types of suspended ceiling panels and these by far, were the easiest to work with. Panels are lightweight and easy to lift (69yo woman). Cutting them was a breeze. With a utility knife and new blade, score panel on top/good side and snap the cut. I only used medium pressure on the blade and was able to run the score free hand and it was easy to snap the cut and cut apart from bottom side. I was even able to cut off as little as 1/8" with no problem. I ordered the "printed" tiles which emulate the textured type tile and they do it by printing on the texture. The only issue I see with this is I'm currently replacing hurricane damaged tiles to the existing old "textured" type and if/when I paint panels again, I'll lose the printed texture pattern but I'll figure something out if that happens. Overall, very happy with this product and ease of install along with a decent price.

Tiles are easy to install and lay flat nicely,light yet durable.They look amazing but for the price if if I had six more tiles to finish my kitchen it wouldn't have been too much to ask for but nevertheless it's a great product.

These tiles are great because they don't show water stains. I work at a condo in South Florida and these are in our fitness center. Due to the heat and humidity of South Florida, our original ceiling tiles would show any water damage easily. These, being made of PVC, do not retain water hence, no staining. They DO NOT SAG either. We were skeptical to try them at first because we were worried about them sagging in the center over time. I can say honestly say that over the past 6 months that we've had them installed, no sagging, no water lines, no fading or discoloration and they are easier to clean than others.

We needed new tiles due to a roof leak so these were chosen. They are light, easy to cut and install, look great, decent quality and at a great price.

Much better than the old ceiling tile design; they down leave powder everywhere if they break and they clean up easily should they get wet.

I PURCHASED PVC TILES TO REPLACE THE OLD TYPE WHICH WERE WATER DAMAGED. THESE ARE NICE LOOKING TILES. THEY ARE SOMEWHAT FLEXIBLE FOR EASY INSTALLATION & CUT TO SIZE EASILY USING A UTILITY KNIFE. ANOTHER ADVANTAGE IS THAT THEY INSTALL ABOVE THE GRID SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO CUT BACK THE OUTER EDGES LIKE YOU DO ON THE DROP THRU TYPE.

Very nice, easy to install if you have the suspended ceiling grid system already up. The quality is good and durable. Can be wiped clean.
