I used this stuff for a month and started to feel kind of good but not great, then after 2 weeks I started to get dizzy and then I stopped. I let it get out of my system but was getting really tired and more dizzy and not wanting to do anything. Went to the doctor and did blood test and it came back I was Anemic , my red blood cells were down so my Iron was really low, B12 was really low, Calcium was low. So something in this product stopped my body from absorbing vital elements for my body. So be careful before you start this product and talk to a Doctor first because it could do more harm than good.
