Holds more than you think
Loved that it is actually bigger and can hold more than it looks like. It had more dividers inside in 2 of the areas, plus has charging area inside to put your portable charger and a usb port on outside for charging things.

It’s a good back pack, the shoulder straps seem a little flimsy though.

Comfortable to wear
I use this weekly for my job that requires travel. It's roomy and has zippered sections. It easily fits under most airplane seats. This was the fifth backpack I bought in my search for just the right one. Its very comfortable. I only wish it came in pink!

Very poorly made
The zippers are practically made of aluminum foil. Multiple zippers bent and broke off within 2-3 days of using this backpack. Definitely not worth the money
