An amazing tome/manual for any grappler.

I've been on and off with BJJ for years now but I've decided that I'm going to become a lifetime practitioner of the gentle art. This book is has philosophy, techniques, concepts and good quality diagrams of each of the submissions, guards etc. This book is good quality and will assist me to black belt and beyond.

Cheap feeling quality, you can see the next pages writing through the paper it's so thin, for £22 I was expecting something a little more substantial. (But perhaps the video content has been put into this cost).Content however is great, very well written and informative, pictures show the techniques well. I love the clarification of the different names. Overall a very nice addition to my collection. Good reference book too. Favourite section is the Ashi Garami section. Really good overview of no gi submission grappling.
