Take it off and on through the day something not to wear permanently.
Very snug and comfortable. Stabilized the elbow and relieve the pain immediately. I only wear it for 30 minutes at a time because of the snug feeling but definitely effective .

Excellent product
I bought these for my husband and he really likes them while weight lifting. He says he likes the quality of Copper Fit, it fits well, and it's durable. He has had his for a long time and I will likely order more of them for him when he needs them. I have seen his elbows and he doesn't show any signs of irritation.

Great as advertised sleeve
This is a top quality elbow sleeve. When I ordered it I didn’t realize it was a package of 2 and after wearing the sleeve for 6 weeks it will stretch out a little and the second sleeve is needed. A perfect fit

It does work
The product is okay, it does work, it fits ok on my biceps but because of the thick edge on the forearm side it's a bit irritating. How I got it was a different story. It was delivered to the wrong address.
