I recently got the Neakasa M1 and I’m honestly so impressed. The design is sleek and minimal; it looks more like a piece of furniture than a litter box, which I love. It’s also super quiet, even during cleaning, and the app is very intuitive and easy to use. I started with manual mode at first to let my cats get used to it, and the transition has been smooth so far. Cleaning is quick, mess-free, and way more hygienic than any litter solution I’ve used before. It’s also easy to disassemble and clean when needed. Overall, it’s been a great addition to our home. It’s smart, efficient, and definitely worth the investment if you want something that looks good and makes life easier!

This is advertised as odor free it is absolutely not, the smell constantly leaks out and fills the entire apartment, which I explained in the past few tonthe supplier. Cleaning, changing bags, or following instructions does nothing because it’s a design defect. Today after a couple of days where this litter was having a bad smell (regardless of numerous cleanings) our cat eventually refused to use it today and pooped on the floor in front of it. We have a newborn at home, and the odor made the apartment unbearable. Paying 1,200 for this is unacceptable. Not odor-free, not premium, not worth the worth the money. Avoid.

Update: the only thing about this machine is that sometimes the litter it falls in the back of the other side outside it doesn’t get dumped in the bin. The inside cover needs to be cleaned often cause it leaves residue. Setup was super easy even for me. I couldn’t clean the old litter box safely so this was a must. No more scooping 2 to 3 times a day, this machine does it all. I removed the old box and my cats adjusted instantly. If you're pregnant, busy or just over the mess, get this.

one of our cats always went outside to use litter as we have lots of green areas near our house but since the new litter box, our cat has stopped going outside just to use the litter. both my cats are sharing the litterbox and both are really satisfied as i can see it myself. it is pricey but its worth it. also, the cat litter smell is gone. we have been changing litter bag on weekly basis

So far, my cats are loving it! The only minor drawback is that you’ll likely need a ramp to help them climb into the litter box comfortably. As for delivery—wow. Amazon estimated arrival between August 15th and 16th, however it was delivered just one day after I placed the order. Talk about speedy service!

Works well and it’s spacious. However it does NOT work with tofu litter, only works well with normal litter like the stone or clay looking ones.

When I clean the Neakasa it’s not working again I had 3 from this cat litter box I don’t know what happened I don’t know what I will do can you help me
