Great purchase with a comfortable fit and a good, clear sound.
I really love this product. I purchased this a year ago and it works great. The sound is clear and crisp and the batteries last about 2-3 days on each charge. The Bluetooth connection works seamlessly and the button controls on the headset work great except occasionally you have to play with it to get it to work when powering on or off. You just have to make sure you are pushing the right button and within 2-3 tries it will catch on. I don't find that to be much of a hassle but when it first happens, you will think there is something wrong with it. Not so, it is a bit finicky at times. The charging speed is great on this in my opinion. I use it for work since I work at home and they sent me a computer that the microphone didn't work which is why I chose to make this purchase. But I always charge it overnight and it is ready for the next day. Otherwise, charging takes less than an hour to full charge. I did not time it but if you charge it for 1 hour it will be ready for you. I do find the fit comfortable as well. It fits perfectly around my ear and hardly notice it is there. And the microphone is adjustable so you can move it out of the way when you are not talking. I'll do that if I am just listening to music and not on the phone calls.

Practical daily wear with excellent sound quality
I use this to listen to music and record lectures on a daily basis. Of the many open ear devices that I have tried, this one has the best combination of sound quality, noise resistant microphone, and resistance to falling off. The extra USB dongle is very handy for recording using a computer. No drivers to install, and no pairing with the computer. Plug-and-play. The volume of the headset is also good enough for driving a convertible with the top down. Not so much on the highway at 80 mph, but okay with the windows up at 65 mph or so. The battery life has been great, all day use without needing any charging. While this headset is not the most comfortable, I can still wear it all day (and I wear glasses). All in all, this is the best open ear headset.

Outstanding! Far better than the other big name brands.
Exceptional headset. PROS: 1) amazing clear sound, 2) exceptional noise cancellation, 3) standard usb-c charging port 4) multi-device paring, 5) broad device compatibility CONS: 1) fit takes some getting used to, 2) would prefer a larger, more easy-to-press multi function (call answer / call end) button I've used shokz for years, but hate the goofy proprietary charging cable. Also don't like the "shock" sensation when set at high volumes. And their single-device pairing is absolutely maddening!!! Also tried several other brands, but sound quality of most is sub-standard and each has their own proprietary charging cable (weird magnetic coupling specialty cable that ultimately gets lost and leaves you with a dead headset). The OLeap is my go-to headset. Callers constantly remark about clarity and minimized background noise as compared to when I previously spoke with them while using my plantronics, bose and shokz. USB-C charging port alone relieves the key aggravation I've always had with other units that force you to use their bizzaro irreplaceable proprietary charging device. GO OLEAP!!!

Having issues after 9 months of daily use
Good product. Didn't had any issues until 9 months of daily use. Callers are claiming the sound quality is bad, hear as a robot and with interference. This has been happening since three days ago. Already did some TS steps but issue is still present. Checking with the manufaturer to see if this could be fix or do a warranty claim.

Comparable to Bose Ultra Open Earbuds
I’m sharing my personal experience mainly from a business usage perspective (virtual meetings), so this is not meant as a scientific review or a direct brand comparison. Sound Quality: The Oleap Pilot200b Pro delivers sound quality on par with the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds. Bose has a slight edge in bass, but Oleap offers a wider, more natural soundstage. For business conference calls, Oleap’s audio is clearer and overall better suited. Microphone Quality: Bose Ultra is not designed for business usage, so a fairer comparison is with the EMEET Airflow. Oleap’s heavy noise cancellation processing sometimes results in a muffled voice indoors, which impacts clarity. EMEET Airflow, while less advanced in audio quality compared to Bose and Oleap, produces more natural voice capture with less processing. Comfort-wise, EMEET is on par with Bose. Other Brands Tried: • NWM One – Similar to Bose, not optimized for business use. • Shokz (OpenFit2+ and OpenDets One) – Comparable to Bose, but again not ideal for business calls. • Nuroum OpenEar Pro2 – Lowest in both audio quality and material quality among those I tested. Conclusion: If your primary need is business conferencing, Oleap Pilot200b Pro stands out with clearer audio than Bose Ultra, though microphone processing could be improved. For casual listening, Bose still shines in bass, but Oleap’s natural soundstage makes it a strong contender.

It rests on the ears. Sound quality is great.
Best headset ever. No complaints. Connectivity. Good. Design. Great. It does squeeze my ears a bit after prolonged use but I don't use it for that long often. Battery life is not the best but for the price it's okay.

Stopped working after a couple days.
I fully charged and paired my headset the day I received it. I used it for two days, not continuously, on that single charge. When you power it on it tells you battery level high, or at the end of my second day it said battery level medium. On the third day I charged it until the light turned blue, indicating that it was fully charged. The headset would not power on. It did not power on the rest of the day. The following morning I put it back on the charger. The light turned blue again after a few minutes but the headset never turned on. Returned to Amazon.

Head set
I purchased these head phones for my job and they are great for noise reduction however i get slot of complaints as patients cant hear me and sounds muffled not sure what the problem is with these. Not cheap to have these issues after a few months of owning .
