My husband and I both LOVE this product. We find that it works really well to keep our lips moisturized. We typically apply it at night and the results are fantastic. We often go through the whole next day without applying any other moisturizing product.My husband also suffers from cracked/split lips in the creases of his mouth, and this has been a wonderful product for that. Since applying regularly he hasn't had any issues with cracks or splits. That's enough for me to keep me coming back to buy more! We have tried many other products (within similar or more expensive price points) and this is the one we have had the best results with overall.My only complaint is that I wish it had a tube that didn't allow for so much product to come out at once, but as long as my husband doesn't squeeze it too hard it's fine to apply a little to your finger or soft cotton swab to apply to lips.

I love the lip balm itself. Smells great and feels great, but for the love of god I hope they change the packaging. If any pressure is put on it while closed, the minute you screw the top off its going to push 3-4 uses worth of product out. Once I got past that issue (because I ran low so quickly and there was space for air) the tube split on the edges and started leaking in my purse. So upset because its cute packaging, but not worth it. I had to cut the tube and put the product into an empty makeup pot.

I had a small tube of this and loved it so I ordered this size. It broke half way down the tube first day it was in my bag, to be clear this was a stiff bag and a small solo pocket. Bummed, waste of money

Very expensive but it is the best lip balm I’ve ever used.

I have purchased this before a few years back and thought it was only isolated so I purchased another a few months ago. To my sadness the metal packaging material is very prone to develop sharp folds that then allow tears for the product to leak. It got all over my other makeup. So sad as I do love the product but the packaging ruins it for me. Some how it only seems to happen on the lip balm. Don't recommend and hope they can change the packaging so this doesn't happen.

Smells wonderful. Only need a little and it’s very moisturizing. I use it at night and my lips stay nice and soft.
