I love my milk frother. I have a built-in one for my DeLonghi espresso machine but the lattes were lame so I decided to buy this milk frother. I've been using it daily for a few months and it never disappoints. It's quick, easy to clean, and there's lots of foam....maybe too much foam, but I'm still happy with my latte. I use the cold foam option for my matcha lattes and it is splendid. When I use the hot/warm milk frothing options, I love the smell of the milk. I highly recommend this product as it's reasonably priced, functional, and reliably great.

I bought this after ALMOST buying the identical product (plus an unnecessary handle) from Williams-Sonoma for $100... I wanted a super easy DIY solution for my son, who really likes hot chocolate, and a milk frother for myself in case I eventually pull the trigger and buy a nespresso machine. Two birds, one stone.This bad boy has markings inside and a hot chocolate setting. Add the milk up to the line, put in the hot chocolate product of your choice (I highly recommend Guittard drinking chocolate in the brown canister--also better than the overpriced W-S hot chocolate, also available on Amazon), press the button 3 times. Done. In a few minutes, a perfectly blended, creamy, frothy cup of hot chocolate (or milk, or whatever you're going for) will be waiting after the beep. My favorite part is that the result comes out at a great drinking temperature, steamy, but not scalding.It is nonstick inside and cleans very easily under the tap, which is good, as some chocolate residue does settle down to the bottom as it mixes. I recommend using a bottle brush to get in and around the coils of the mixer. Takes 10 seconds.I love it so much that I have already sent one of these and a container of Guittard to a friend as a Christmas gift, and she loves it, too.

Bought this for our barista station. Worked really well for us. My only complaint is the holder is a bit flimsy so our whisk would topple over a lot. Otherwise great for all those mixed drinks.

Product arrived faster than expected and looks very stylish. I had ordered from another company, who after weeks of placing order and waiting, never sent their product. I am glad the other bad experience Ied me to ZULAY! ZULAY is a good company with a very inspirational story.The frother is made of stainless steel outside and non-stick inside. I spoke to company and hope they consider another material for the inside in the future, but for now this will do, as most other frothers offer similar quality and materials.I will stress that the customer service is OUTSTANDING and ZULAY is a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction and that is above and beyond most other companies. Customer service is OUTSTANDING!All material parts are accounted for and clear directions to begin use. The frother has a cold and hot feature that sets them apart from most and an option to froth or just heat.So far I am very satisfied with product and quality.

Easy to use. nice stand. I'm using 50/50 oat milk with regular milk.Both cold. Be careful. I would suggest less than half of the container (1/3).It froths up quickly. Wonderful creamy foam.Impressed.

I love this product. I have had to have it replaced every two years. The product just stops working. The customer service takes care of it under warranty if that happens to you.
