I received this knife a couple days ago and absolutely LOVE it!!!! It cuts nice thin slices from my sourdough loaf. The blade is super sharp, so be careful. It comes with a spare blade also, which is nice.The handle is very comfortable and keeps your hands away from the blade. I see myself using this for many many years.Tip.... I keep mine stored on a magnetic holder with the rest of my knives. It's safe there until I need it again.

This bread knife is absolutely perfect. It slices through bread so easily. If you're not too strong, do not worry about straining yourself. I recommend to place the blade cover onto the knife after every use. The blades are very sharp. If you're a at home baker or just love those loaves from Costco. You must have this kitchen tool! It looks beautiful, is safe with the cover and is very strong.

I love this bread knife. I use it for my sourdough loaves. It’s sharp and doesn’t rip the bread. I’ve had it for a few months and it works great. It comes with a replacement blade that I haven’t changed out yet. It’s easy to grip and use. Excellent product and great price.

Nice knife. Just still slipped off the hard crust when trying to cut. Returned… I cleaned and put it back in its box and ups made me pay for packaging on top of it. Might as well have kept it.

This knife cuts evenly. I use it for all types of bread whether they are crusty or soft and get a nice even cut every time. It is VERY sharp so you do need to be aware as you're washing it.
