Purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter. She wanted a pink scooter and this is one of the very few available. Build quality is good for the price. Charging is fast and the battery holds a charge long enough for her to spend the day riding around the neighborhood. The scooter is quite, rides smooth, and has enough range to get her to her friends/park/etc.. The light bar in front as well as the headlight make it nice to to ride at night. My daughter loves it so I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.

So this is not my first scooter from Hiboy.I got started on the Hiboy Titan first and let me tell you... if you are new to scooters, you would want to start with THIS one!!!Besides, it's cheaper, and still FAST :DUnboxing-wise, this was by far the best, having been shipped much more securely than I have seen.On top of that, there is no wasted space and everything was super simple to put together and mess free!This scooter is super light compared to the rest of the scooter I have seen with similar size and battery!!!You can stop on a dime going max speed, IF you follow proper weight management!This scooter is FRONT WHEEL DRIVEN.Having a great suspension mechanism in the rear along with its unique wheels, it handles quite nicely!!!Especially for beginners in my opinion!!!Not to forget the handling that comes with front wheel driven scooters, ergonomics, and again the slick wheels, help it grip around the corner like no others WHILE smoothening out any bumps.The stem's locking mechanism is by far the most convenient and secure that I have seen.(Just be sure to not pinch your finger in between)The neck locking mechanism is just as secure and only requires a couple of hex bolts.Haven't had to re-tighten them since! Especially since they came with thread locked!!!The app is very much functional unlike other scooters, and offers a variety of tools, my favorite being the self lock feature!With it, the scooter displays a lock on the dashboard while not letting the scooter move forward or backwards, using the electronic brakes!On top of that, it beeps if it gets moved!!!Very Neat!!! :DAs a cherry on top, it comes with a little bell ring, which has been quite helpful since I don't have to yell through my helmet.The operation button is quite simple too!Just one button!!!One click to turn on(clicking once after turning on will turn the Front, Side, and Rear LEDs on/off.)Two clicks to change speed modesThree clicks for cruise controlAnd lastly hold it down when stopped to power off.Battery life and operation has been smooth as well.I haven't had a need to drain the entire battery yet since it gets me everywhere I need to go.But I'm sure depending on the weight of the rider, rider average speed, if LEDs are on/off, if Bluetooth is on/off, etc., you can get more than 20 miles out of it!Battery charging time also takes ~7 hours which is a bit faster than my old Hiboy Titan (~9 hours).Lastly, the battery meter does a pretty good job of accurately displaying the power you have left, despite the battery power-output typically being more like a curve.Read the manual and follow proper battery care and it will last you a while!!!------TL:DRGET IT AND THANK ME LATER!!! I bought three of these for me and family members and we have them for over three years and they still work like new.These are so convenient to have when you need to go somewhere that requires you to take a long walk.to walk to my job it would take me 40 minutes, with this scooter only 7 minutes. it has beautiful lights for night time. and the charge lasts a few days. I always wear a motorcycle helmet just to be extra safe.

It's a great scooter, although the brake light is broken and the on and off button is loose, the top of the scooter gets loose, but an easy fix, these things are VERY minor, so not to worry, overall is a great scooter,

This is a great little scooter that my daughter has been using to get to and from school. It's cute and easy to navigate. We did have an issue with the battery not working after just a few months, but Hiboy sent us a brand new one and were very responsive and helpful!

I bought this scooter on Amazon and it has stopped charging after only 4months. When you plug in the charge cord, it no longer turns red to indicate charging and the battery level doesn't change.Even though it's pink - my son loves the scooter and he's really sad about this. I cannot justify the cost of buying a new one. I've emailed hiboy via amazon and also emailed their support department directly and NO ANSWER.I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN HIBOY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE SCOOTER I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND.

I’ve always been one to use the scooter share apps like Lime, Spin, etc. However, I wanted a scooter that would go faster and be more convenient than having to look around to find an available and charged one. I bought this one and have been extremely happy so far. The set-up was super easy, and only required a couple screws (all of which were included in the box along with wrenches). Now, I haven’t used this scooter extensively, but for the couple of rides that I’ve taken i have been blown away.For starters, it is FAST. Coming from the slow scooter-share scooters, the speed that this one possessed blew me away. It effectively cut the time it took for me to get to the bank and back in half - 15ish minutes to less than 10. The app also provides a convenient way to briefly lock the scooter if i need to turn my back for a second. The two modes are also great for navigating different environments. Sport for those long, empty sidewalks, and comfort for when you need to go around people or other obstacles.The only negative that I can mention so far is the ride smoothness. This scooter can get pretty bumpy and sometimes even jarring when going over cracks, bumps, etc. While it is noticeable, for 90 percent of the time it doesn’t amount to anything significant. It is also important to note that this scooter is pretty heavy, so take that into consideration if you’re planning to carry it around a lot.I definitely recommend this scooter to anyone who is looking for an affordable, FAST, and simple way to get from point A to B. If you aren’t riding around over bumpy surfaces, then I highly recommend the KS4.
