Love this item! I was looking for this at a good price and was glad to find it here. It works brilliantly and I had fun testing it. The colour is bright and shines through in all angles, so even if your hand is covering part of it, you can still understand if you are level or not. Automatically works in portrait mode or landscape so no need to press anything. Feels like a great quality plastic too!

Very useful tool if like me you are an older DIY’er or maintenance person and peering at tiny bubbles is not as easy as it used to be. Makes life a lot easier. Only fails to get 5 stars as it’s made of plastic so not as resilient to falls as a traditional metal level would be, great bit of kit though.

I love this spirit level - looks like a spirit level, has bubbles like a spirit level - but - it changes colour - red - out of level, orange almost level, green - level, and it works in the vertical too. When you're jiggling a piece of wood or a shelf or a fence panel, you can't always get your neck in a position to see the bubble in the spirit level - now I just glace across to see when it goes green - brilliant - really neat bit of tech

Nice little level, used it tonight for the first time while fitting a soundbar and it was useful to have the light indication rather than only the bubble. Accurate, well built and a neat addition to any DIY enthusiast's toolkit.

I rarely leave reviews, but this Franklin Sensors light level absolutely deserves it. Genuinely one of the best tools for fit and accuracy I’ve ever purchased. The LED indicators make it unbelievably easy to get a perfect level instantly, even in awkward or dimly lit spaces. There’s just too much room for error with a standard bubble spirit level - especially when you’re trying to judge tiny movements by eye. This completely removes that guesswork. The visibility and precision are on another level. The build quality is solid, the magnets grip well, and having both digital guidance and bubble vials gives you total confidence in your measurements. Absolutely priceless for DIY and carpentry work. I only wish I’d bought it sooner. Highly recommended.

Brilliant level, I seldom use my regular spirit levels now. I was a bit worried the granularity of the angles might be a bit low (as in 'almost' straight but not quite) but I'd argue it's more accurate than reading a bubble. If I had one tiny criticism, it would be the on/off button is a tiny 2mm nub on the back of the unit. I always struggle to find it, especially with thick gloves. Need to be a chunky button! A very minor thing though, it's a great level.
