So far so good
I bought these tablets to ease my IBS symptoms and a recent spate of heartburn and indigestion. So far so good. Easy to swallow and not too much of an after taste. Only thing I’d change is to have it in one bigger capsule, rather than having to remember to take 2-3 a day. But I guess that’s personal preference, as some people would feel they only needed the effects of 1 a day.

Sunflower oil
I should have read the description and ingredients thoroughly before buying. The main ingredient is sunflower oil. This is no good to me as I try to avoid seed oils as much as possible. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow.

Excellent product and great value for money!
I bought these due to having ibs, they are good at helping get rid of constipation and bloating but also have other benefits as my skin appears clearer. They are very easy to swallow and have a nice flavour. I highly recommend these especially to ibs sufferers but they can do a lot of good for anyone. Definitely worth the money and I would buy these again!

Good for Gas and Trapped Wind!
These work for me regarding gas and bloating as trapped wind when it goes through to your back can be very painful. These dissolve in the stomach and can cause an acid reflux heartburn if you take too many so I only take them as I need them. Peppermint oil has been used as a treatment for IBS and if they work for you then fine. However, recent trials have concluded that the only type that were effective were those in small-intestinal–release form. In other words, the ones that are enteric coated and as they pass through the stomach do not have the same side effects. There are also interactions with certain medications decreasing how quickly they are broken down by the liver and increase their side effects.
