Great quality
Really good quality set, I totally recommend.

Good value, need to work on technique.
Worked good though the tilting operation, controlled by a corkscrew action, bound up a little, causing the float to bite the concrete. Best to control with handle height.

Nice tool for the job...
This is a competent concrete tool that's done a completely adequate job on a smaller concrete patio recently, and will likely get some heavier use in the near future on a couple slabs. In my experience, this type of float is known as a fresno, and it generally gets put to work when a smooth surface is desired. The 4 foot float is properly wide to cover a lot of area quickly, and the screw mechanism on top works just as advertised. The action is perhaps a bit sloppy compared to a new "name brand" competitor, but it seems that this slop will develop on any of these tools after years of use on site. Furthermore, the slop isn't necessarily a bad thing when you consider that concrete gunk will inherently get its way around this mechanism and need to be washed or scraped off. The float's stainless plate is nice and flat and rather beefy. There's no apparent deflection on the edges when in use. The fasteners all fit where they're supposed to as well. What I sincerely appreciate about this set is that it came with 16 feet of poles that also fit a blue competitor's poles...so now I'm rocking a very long collection of float poles! For me, this kind of stuff makes my day. Altogether, for the price, this is a fine tool to have in my setup. It won't see daily use, but may be seeing quarterly use, and looks up to the task of floating my work out for years to come.

Good Bull Float for the Price
I don't work on concrete everyday, but this bull float did help smoothen the cement on the garage floor of my garage. The tilt on the swivel was pretty smooth as it was fairly easy to lock or loosen the swivel by just turning the bar. I don't really have any other bull floats to compare it to as my past few projects I just used a hand float to smooth the pads for my mini splits, but for a first time user of a bull float, it seems good enough especially for it's price.

Decent quality bull float
I've used a variety of bull floats over the years and this one kind of sits in the lower middle of the pack in terms of quality. It's more than adequate for a casual concrete job. The price is also pretty low, so even though this isn't an heirloom quality tool, it's still a really good value since it's pretty inexpensive. It's geared towards the casual handyman that only uses it a couple of times a year and in that respect, it's nails the target. There are some fit/finish things that I cleaned up so that gave a better result and worked a bit smoother, but again, for the cost this is a good float.

Fit together great - just heavy - I'd recommend for occasional use, not every day.
You get what you pay for, and there's a reason why Magnesium is popular. It's much lighter. For what I needed to do (8yr slab), this was the right choice. Just understand that it'll be heavy when it's all the way out. Get ready to work it. If I poured all the time, I'd buy a lighter one. For the once in a while pour, this will work fine. Finish quality and how it cleaned up was great.

Shawty quality
Came with missing parts. Gear is stiff and unusable unless you spin it while lifting the extension pole above your head. Horrible product.

Does the job!
With all the handles connected, I can get a 16FT reach with this "Bull Float". I have always referred to this oval steel type float as a "Fresno" type bull-float. It allows you to get a nice, flat finish on most concrete pours.. You may not even need to hand trowel the concrete if you are just going to do a "broom" finish on it. This attractive 4FT float has the rotating handle adjustment for the push and pull movement. The red handles make it easy to find on the truck and will aid in not losing (leaving) the handle sections at the job. The stainless steel blade is a plus.
