This is a fairly pedestrian and unispiring tool - right up to the moment when you are lying on your back in the cramped passenger seat well of that subcompact car and trying to remove one of about seven little black relays the auto manufacturer has crammed into that tiny electrical relay console way up under the dash.When that happens, you'll rue the day you didn't order this simple but well built relay puller!This tool is fairly bare bones. No adjustments, no fancy blow mold case, no interchangeable tips. Nope...just a plain old hard steel set of long probes with hooked ends that just happen to perfectly fit the puller tabs on most popular sized automotive plug in style relays.This tool is well enough built, about like the typical shelf-pack Lisle brand tool at the NAPA store, which is to say "better than HF junk".It is punched from cadmium plated mild steel, riveted to gether, and equipped with a very tough grade of probe-tangs that are a much harder and wear resistant grade of spring steel.Properly cared for, it should last for years fo relay-pulling fun.Get with the program. Stop fumble-fingering relays, or ruining them by cracking the cases trying to pry them out or whatever. Get this tool.Five stars - no issues. no cons.

The media could not be loaded. I honestly never thought to look up something like this tool. I've always tried using my hands or needle nose pliers. Not quite enough strength/grip to pull by hand and pliers have the risk of cracking the plastic housing. I was able to request this item for review and I'm truly pleased with them. This is going to make electrical troubleshooting easier being able to pull relays with ease. I hope the video is helpful to show how well they work. I still give it a 5 star but I would prefer the handles be thicker. Not that you need more power to squeeze with, but just for comfort of the hand. The pictures kind of made the black extensions look flimsy but I can assure you they are not flimsy.
