The Smartstitch S-1001 is truly amazing. It is user friendly and supported by am amazing company. Not only is this machine quiet and powerful , but it’s a nice compact size and fits in a small space. I love this embroidery machine so much. It stitches out beautifully and is very fun to use and create with!The price is very reasonable especially with all that it comes with. When it’s time to add another machine I will definitely be buying another Smartstitch.

It was not an easy journey since the machine has a different UI than a single needle machine. I eventually learned that the thread path and handling a single needle at a certain speed are the 2 most important things besides the skills that I already learned with my single needle machine. Having a good digitization software is also a must. I bought a used Melco and gave up on it due to the inability to move its Z-axis properly. The Smartstitch hides all the technical interfaces and let us embroiderers focus on the stitch quality and functionalities. The build quality is not at 100% as the industrial machine such as Melco but I still recommend for a new business. Overall, I’m very happy with my service and a great customer support via private Facebook group.

This was a nice upgrade for me, and it expanded my options tremendously! I love it because it is a reliable machine and I can do much more work and spend less time doing it. The quality of the threas is superior than other brands that I have used in the past. 👍👍

The media could not be loaded. I recently upgraded to the Smartstitch-1001 from a single needle machine and I have no regrets. It is easy to use, a great value for the money. It has a user friendly interface which is very important and it is a small but mighty for those new to the multi needle embroidery world. The stitching comes out beautifully. I have done caps and patches thus far. The company's customer service support been amazing as well. There are tons of videos to ensure that you have the utmost success in your journey. The machine comes with everything to get you started. As a rookie in the embroidery world, what isn't there to love!

The media could not be loaded. This is a great entry level multi needle machine, and at a very good price as compared to other brands and models. I had used my single needle for a long while and decided to finally upgrade for a multi needle machine. It doesn’t take up too much space in my office, which was one of my biggest concerns bc I’m home based and have limited space in my office. After receiving my training, it was very easy to use and understand the machine. If I needed assistance, the representative was quick to reply and eager to help me with what I needed. Everything stitches out very nicely and smoothy. The customer service and tech support representatives are great and quick to respond. I’m very happy with my purchase:)

The setup was super smooth thanks to helpful YouTube videos and amazing one-on-one training through a Facebook group. Everyone in the community has been so kind and supportive. This machine is awesome—I never thought I’d be doing embroidery for my boutique, but Smartstitch made it possible! If you are trying to decide on an embroidery machine this one comes with an awesome support team to help you!

Excellent embroidery machine for the price. This was our first embroidery machine. The customer support is great. I have no complaints.

We are new to embroidery and have loved this machine! We bought this machine for our business to do our shirts and hats. We have been able to do so much more than we had originally expected. Training was quick and easy. They have great customer support if we have had any questions. It is not too big and we were able to easily get it set up with the instruction videos. It was quick to get level and stable on the stand as well. As beginners, there is a bit of a learning curve, but we have really felt confident in building our embroidery skills. I would definitely recommend Smartstitch for beginners.
