iFiHDMI iSilencer - HDMI Noise Filter with Surge Protection - Active Noise Cancellation - Jitter Elimination - Supports Ultra HD HDR 8K/60Hz & 4K/120Hz

I host karaoke and one venue has noisy electricity. I have got most of it sorted out but as soon as I plug their hdmi into my splitter there has been a terrible noise to the point I’ve had to bring in my own smaller tv. I plugged this little unit into my laptop and presto, the problem was gone using their hdmi and tv. I tried 3 different 60 cycle hum power strips and power supplies. Nothing got rid of the noise until I tried this last night. I couldn’t be happier!

I bought this device after chatting with the seller about how it would work in my audio-only playback system. It was suggested that it would function and 'might' improve the sound. It definitely improves the sound! I've used it between my CD transport and stand alone DAC connected via I2S HDMI- terminated cable. It added an overall naturalness and a high frequency sweetness to the sound. I'll never listen without it. And I'm getting a second, just in case. (I never tried it with video playback.)

Didn't really work to get rid of the pc noise (ground loop) out of my amp.Connected between pc and avr.

It works as intended, did make picture crystal clear as stated. Audio became more clear and blacker blacks. Have only used for 2 hours, I will update if I find any faults. So far though it's a great accessory to have

Vendor was fine, product in good condition. This did not solve my issue. Quite expensive for a solution fail. But not the vendor's fault.

It works excellent for DJs using laptops! No moreloud buzzing noise.

Just got my iFi HDMi isilencer a couple of days ago… and WOW!!! This little Gizmo actually works. I have it connected to my 4K Apple TV output , which also has a Shunyata Research Venom Power Cord into my Hi End multi channel / 2 channel HiFi system and I can totally hear the difference. Lowered the noise floor , which made micro details pop more, the textures in small details are more tactile, and refined and detailed. Dynamics seemed to be improved and overall dynamic contrast on audio and video have been improved. Great job iFi 👏🏽

Set up: roku ultra, Audioquest Forest Green ether cable/ iFi LAN iSilencer to Roku Ultra.To me it sounded much taller and wider when using planar type speakers.Images tends to be more natural like, cleaner due to much "darker" background.Month after: plugged this bad boy between CD transport and Roku stick to HDMI extractor converter to opticle output. Shiit Bifrost DAC/ Lyr+ HP amp set up combo was extraordinary, I must say,....especially litening through Audio-Technica ATH-M50,.. full immersion experience to another level!
