quality and price
Very pleased with the strength of these magnetic catches. Our cats kept opening the cabinet doors. We purchased some at our local home improvement store but needed more than they had in stock. To our surprise these are so much stronger (and less expensive!). Our cats could still open the doors with the ones we bought locally, But not these! So glad they were out of stock at the store!

Good
I bought these to match some that I bought at the box store years ago but never got around to installing. They're a perfect match and the quality it good. The slot for the screws are elongated so you can adjust where they sit. I added them to my very old, 1967 overlay style kitchen cabinets that I repainted and it made a world of difference. The magnet is strong enough that it catches immediately and keeps them closed. The only thing that would make them better is if they can in white, but I can live with brown since they sit on the inside of the cabinet.

Work, but needs care during installation
The latches work and all the parts are there. As others mentioned, the screws are garbage, but can be used with care. I mounted the latches to solid oak. They need a good pilot hole and a #2 Philips screwdriver bit to drive them in. It looks like a smaller head, but #2 works better than smaller bits. Even taking care, I broke three of the screws. The strike plate screws are particularly fragile, need a pilot hole slightly deeper than the screw length or the head shears off. They will not screw into oak without a pilot hole, probably OK with pine or particle board, but I would still recommend pilot holes.I did give them 4 stars as the latches are fully functional and hold well, but the screws are much too fragile. I am re-ordering more as they do work and can be installed successfully with care.

Perfect on corner cabinets
Solved a real irritation of mine - corner cabinet gap. Works like a charm and love the sound of the magnet connecting, know the door is going to hold yet pull away easily when I open it. Highly recommend. Just remember to line the large piece up under the cabinet, screwing upward into the frame, lined up with the door frame - then just the magnet plate screws easily into the door frame. Very pleased with the purchase.

Good replacement latches!
I replaced a broken magnet clasp on a vintage wall unit with these, and you can't even tell a difference! It fit perfectly in the holes from the previous broken magnetic catch, and is strong enough to hold. Would definitely recommend if you need a magnetic closure replacement for a vintage piece

Plan to drill pilot holes because the screws strip out when installing into hardwoods.
These catches looked exactly like the catches I had gotten at my local hardware store. They work but poor manufacturing make them look and perform like cheap knockoffs. The screws are very soft making them impossible to to install into hardwood without drilling pilot holes and I fear with use the screws 'bite' will not hold and ultimately have to be replaced. They may be fine for light use but after installing one on my existing oak kitchen cabinets, I plan to head to my local hardware to purchase the remainder of the catches needed to complete the job.
