Good Value With Comfort and Features That Exceed The Price Point
I didn't want to get a leather or fake leather chair since anything under $300 seems to peel after only a few years and didn't want fabric so I started looking at mesh chairs. I normally don't buy charis without being able to try them out, but the local office supply stores didn't have anything I liked at a reasonable price so I started looking online. I found some good reviews recommending this model and the price was right so I gave it a shot.Assembly was simple. If you're a millenial like me, you've been building your own furniture since college and this was a very easy build with good instructions. One tip that I give for any DIY assembled furniture is get tube of red thread lock and add it to any of the screws you don't ever want to come apart, like the legs around the base. In my epxerience with other furniture if these loosen up, the threads get worn or damaged and never tighten up as good as when they are new. Red thread lock is basically glue so the screws won't back out, but make sure to us it on screws you won't eve need ot remove because they might be stuck for good once it sets.Overall it is a good value and comfortable. I am a 5'8' and 230Lbs man and the chair fits me well. The mesh is of good quality, very similar to that found on Herman Miller Aeron chairs with a good balance of stretch and firmness. Width wise the seat is a good fit for me, but for anyone larger would probably be too narrow. I have to remove my wallet from my back pocket as the side rails press it uncomfortably against me. Like most chairs in this price point there isn't much adjustability other than the seat height and headrest height. The lower lumbar support is pretty good, but you can request an additional lumbar pillow from custoemr support if you need additional support. The back can recline to about 45 degrees and can be locked in the upright or fully reclined positions. The arms are attached to the back and tilt with the seat back. It would be nice if the spring tension could be adjusted or if there was another locking position at 30 degrees. When I lean back the spring tension doesn't put up a lot of resistance and I end up leaning all the way back and 45 degrees is too far for my liking. I might take the mechanism apart and see if I can drill a third hole for an in between position or see if I can increase the spring tension. The arm rests fold up, which isn't a feature I use, but I did notice that when folded up they don't go back far enough and rub against the back of my arm. If you don't want the arm rests they can be removed. The arm rests are also not adjustable. For me they happen to be at an absolutely perfect height, but could be too low or too high for other body shapes. The seat base does not tilt and the position is level with the ground as most chairs without adjustment are, which I find comfortable. the standard wheels that come with it are typical hard black plastic caster wheels. On hard floors or floor protectors they tend to not grip the floor and slide instead of rotating, but if you contact customer service they will send you a set of blade style wheels.Bottom line, for the price point this is a well built chair with comfort, features and quality that you would expect, if not better. It doesn't have a lot of adjustment features, but at this price point chairs with additional features usually have cheap components that don't last. Despite the lack of adjustments it should be comfortable for most body shapes that fall within the middle of the bell curve. It would buy this chair again.

Great Customer Service!
The customer service for this chair was outstanding, making the entire buying experience truly seamless. with the real game-changer was the replacement casters, the included wheels did not glide well on my carpet. When I mentioned this, the company promptly sent a set of high-quality nylon casters at no cost. They were friendly, quick, and genuinely interested in customer feedback.Beyond customer care, the chair itself delivers. Its ergonomic contours fit my frame perfectly, offering comfort and breathability, and the adjustable settings accommodate both proper posture and relaxation. Assembly was easy, with solid construction, quality materials, and clear instructions. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely listens to its customers and goes the extra mile. This one did—5/5 without a doubt.

Great Office Chair
This chair was exactly what I needed! It offers excellent neck and back support, with a backrest that naturally encourages good posture and keeps my feet firmly grounded. The armrests are perfectly positioned for typing, helping to prevent wrist strain, and the adjustable headrest adds a nice customizable touch. Assembly wasn’t the easiest—the instructions and video left a bit to be desired—but using some common sense got the job done. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

Great chair, easy to assemble.
This is sturdy well built chair with threaded inserts on all connections and all have the same size hex with a handy T handle hex tool included.Super simple to assemble took about 20 min with clear instructions and pictures.Very comfortable and having the arm rest lift up out of the way was a must have for me.The lumbar is positioned well and i needed that because of back issues. So far really great chair and i am picky about my office chairs.Ill up date if things change.

works well!
this chair is great! I got the other wheels and it does make it pretty high off the ground for me.. im 5'2. i like how much you can adjust the arm rests and head rest! Just wish the bottom part where you sit was more comfortable. I have had it for like 1 year or so now and it is holding up very well for a plus sized person!

I picked this chair because of the great customer reviews about service and the quality of the chair for the price. The reviews were spot on! The chair is very comfortable and the customer service was spectacular. I wanted to get the blade wheels and the response was quick and wheels promptly shipped. I highly recommend this chair.

Great chair, and reasonably priced.
The chair arrived promptly, and well packaged. It was easy to put together, and all necessary parts (and spares hardware) weee included. I’ve used it for a few days now, and am finding it works well, and is comfortable for my body (5’11”). I like the adjustable headrest, and chair’s tilting feature.I contacted the company about my concern that it wouldn’t roll well on carpet, and they offered me a different set of wheels that are working out well also.
